摘要
本文研究目的是探讨Web2.0网络社区中如何通过用户自我管理形成一系列行之有效的自生秩序。维基百科是具有典型Web2.0网络特征的在线百科全书服务，其专属度高的用户群结成了组织有序的网络社区，在维基百科内部有一套明文确定的方针指引，被称为维基百科政策环境，其来源于用户的自我编辑修订，是社区自生秩序的文字记录和表述，这些政策页面的数理和内容特征是帮助进行Web2.0网络社区自生秩序机制定量和定性研究的理想对象。
本文首先在回顾既往研究的同时，通过几个重要序参量的统计和可视化，指出在维基百科内部有着明显的从无序到有序的演化过程。无论是维基百科的词条数量还是信息质量，无论是贡献者人数还是编辑次数，都经历了非线性跃进的过程。对维基百科的研究是当前研究互联网用户行为和拓扑结构的重要课题。
通过对维基百科政策环境中，页面链接网络和页面时间演化过程的揭示，发现维基百科政策环境是一个自我扩张的功能实体。其内部有着主次之分，有些政策在全局中处于根本性的奠基地位。在其历史演化过程中，其功能和被用户引用的频率都有收敛态势，证明维基百科以政策环境为代表的自生秩序日益稳定。
通过揭示维基百科政策环境的生命周期过程和与其他两个重要的网络社区的自生秩序比较，发现维基百科自生秩序是一个长效过程。其创立、修订的时间都要大于其他类网络社区，虽然维基百科的政策页面常被修正，看似作用时间更短，但是维基百科自生秩序的效率却更高可以有效简化管理活动。
在对维基百科政策环境定量和定性分析之后，从用户协作、CAS理论和社会科学理论的视角分别阐述了维基百科自生秩序演化机制，通过不同视角下结果异同的比较，发现维基百科自生秩序演化机制的几个要点，对这几个要点的把握是自生秩序演化机制运行的保障。
最后，分析了维基百科自生秩序演化机制的特殊性，包括其局限性和借鉴意义，结合我国目前互联网管理的现状，指出我国互联网正处于更新换代的阶段，管理方应该及时调整思路，厘清 Web2.0网络社区的特点，把握自生秩序演化机制背后的关键环节，利用大众的力量使管理活动事半功倍。

Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore how to form a series of effective spontaneous order by means of users’ self-governance in Web 2.0 online community. Of typical Web 2.0 characteristics, Wikipedia provides online encyclopedic service and its loyal users form an organized and orderly online community. Wikipedia has its set of prescribed policies and guidelines, namely the policy environment of Wikipedia, coming from continuous editing of users. These policies and guidelines are the literal records and expression of community spontaneous order. The numerical characteristics and content of the policy pages are ideal research objects for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the mechanism of spontaneous order in Web 2.0 online community.
In the first place at the same time of reviewing existing research, through the statistic and visualization of several important order parameters, this paper points out that within Wikipedia exists an obvious evolutionary process from disorder to order. No matter the quantity of entry, the quality of information, the amount of contributors or the frequency of editing of Wikipedia, they all go through nonlinear leaps forward. The research of Wikipedia is essential to the current research of the behavior of Internet users and topological structure.
By means of analyzing the network and temporal evolutionary process of the policy pages in the policy environment of Wikipedia, this paper finds out that the policy environment of Wikipedia is a functional entity of self-propaganda. The set of policies has its rank of priority, some of which are of fundamental place and function. In the evolutionary process both the functions and frequency of quotation by users tend to converge, which proves the increasing stabilization of spontaneous order.
By revealing the life cycle of Wikipedia policy environment and comparing it with the spontaneous order of other two important online communities, the paper finds out that the spontaneous order of Wikipedia is a long-term effective process. It takes more time to establish and edit than other online communities. Though the policy pages are frequently edited, Wikipedia spontaneous order has higher efficiency which effectively simplifies the administration.
On the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis of Wikipedia policy environment, this paper illustrates the evolutionary mechanism of spontaneous order from various angles of user collaboration, CAS theory and social sciences. Through the comparison of the results, this paper points out a few key points for the Wikipedia evolutionary mechanism of spontaneous order, and the application of these key elements is the guarantee of the operation of the evolutionary mechanism.
At last this paper analyzes particularity of the Wikipedia evolutionary mechanism of spontaneous order, including its limitations and potential for reference. Integrating with the current Internet governance situation of China, this paper indicates that our country is at an Internet transitional stage when those in charge should timely adjust way of thinking, clarify the characteristics of Web 2.0 online community, grasp the key elements of the evolutionary mechanism of spontaneous order and enhance the efficiency of governance by making full use of the energy and wisdom of the public.
