摘要：中国城市化的迅猛进程中带来的发展问题，如城市人口激增、环境恶化、生活压力等，给都市中的现代人带来了极大的生存压力，城市居民迫切需要一种新型的休闲方式来缓解城市生活压力。在此背景下，城市居民放松身心,实现社会劳动力再生的有效途径——生态旅游在中国得到迅速的发展。而森林公园是城市主要休憩地，是生态旅游发展的物资承载基础，在城市的生态旅游发展产业中有着举足轻重的地位。可是近年来国内森林公园旅游产业的开发过程中，对森林公园的生态景观以及环境质量带来了明显的破坏。为了实现生态旅游可持续发展，保证自然资源的生态功能永续利用，迫切需要在生态旅游发展中，协调旅游产业发展和生态环境保护工作，创新发展出具有中国特色的生态旅游的可持续发展模式。
作为中国城市化程度最高的城市之一，广州市城市休憩地建设的观念深入人心，生态旅游的发展走在中国的前列。在广州地区的旅游休憩地中，流溪河国家森林公园在广州市生态旅游中有着重要作用和地位。近年为了满足广州以及临近地区居民旅游需要，该公园加快了生态旅游业的发展。同时, 流溪河国家森林公园也是广州市最重要的饮用水源涵养区，对维护广州市生产和生活用水安全起着至关重要的作用。该公园在广州市城市生态建设中的特殊地位，要求在旅游发展过程中，必须加强区域的环境保护，维持区域生态稳定，促进区域环境、经济、社会的持续协调发展。
通过对流溪河国家森林公园的实地调研以及公园管理部门的走访，本文全面分析了流溪河国家森林公园开发现状，并对公园在开发发展中产生的环境问题开展深入研究，据此提出了对应的流溪河国家森林公园环境保护工作对策。也希望通过这些研究成果，对国内其他生态旅游地，尤其是森林公园的环境保护工作能有所裨益。 |

The development problems such as population soar, environment deterioration, life pressure as caused by the rapid process of China’s urbanization, have brought upon modern people in cities extreme pressure, that’s why a new relaxation method is urgently needed for urbanites to relieve their pressure. Under such a condition, ecotourism, the effective way for relaxation of urbanites and regeneration of labor force, gains rapid development in China. As a major relaxation site of cities, forest parks serve as a substantial foundation for the development of ecotourism, playing a vital role in the urban ecotourism development industry. However, during the development of forest parks tourism in recent years, obvious damages are done to the eco-scenery and environment quality of the forest parks. The realization of the substantial development of ecotourism as well as the guarantee of the permanent use of natural resources’ eco-functions requires the coordination between the tourism development and eco-environment protection and a substantial development mode with Chinese characteristics created with innovation when developing ecotourism.
As one of the highest civilized cities, Guangzhou has made the construction of city relaxation site deeply rooted in people’s heart, thus the ecotourism leads the development of China. Among all the tourist relaxation locations, Lixi River National Forest Park plays an indispensable role and takes up a very important position in the ecotourism development of Guangzhou City. It has quickened the development of ecotourism in recent years so as to satisfy the travel needs of Guangzhou and its neighboring citizens. Meanwhile, as the most important reservation area of drinking water of Guangzhou City, it plays a vital role in the safety of water for production and drinking of Guangzhou. Its particular status in the construction of Guangzhou’s city ecology requires people, during developing tourism, to strengthen regional environment protection, maintain regional ecological balance and facilitate the substantial and coordination development of regional environment, economy as well as the society.
Through on-site researches in the Liuxi River National Forest Park and visits to the park’s management department, I analyze in this passage the present development status of the park, and carries out in-depth research on the environment problems ensuing the exploitation and development of the park, based on which I propose measurements for the park’s environment protection work. I also hope that these research accomplishments will do good to environment protection work of the other ecotourism sites, especially forest parks. |
