杭州大运河书画院成立

千年运河奔腾不息，养育了运河沿岸一方百姓。以运河为中心的水上黄金旅游线推出，昔日的古运河焕发出新的生机和活力。昨天上午，以弘扬优秀传统文化，反映运河文化为主旨的杭州大运河书画院成立。
杭州大运河书画院，隶属于拱墅区政协。书画院位于运河西岸卖鱼桥小学教育集团文澜校区内，院舍面积三百平方米，是以书画界人士为主体组成的书画艺术创作研究、展览、培训的学术性组织。书画院特聘请了丁茂鲁、骆恒光等20多位著名书画家为副院长或特聘画师。

Hangzhou Grand Canal Painting and Calligraphy Center was established

The ceaselessly forward-surging thousand-year old Canal has fostered people residing along the riverbank. With the opening up of the golden travel route with the Canal as its center, the ancient Canal exhibits new vitality and vigor. Hangzhou Grand Canal Painting and Calligraphy Center, with its theme on “carrying forward fine traditional culture and representing Canal culture”, was established yesterday morning.
Hangzhou Grand Canal Painting and Calligraphy Center is affiliated with CPPCC Gongshu District Political Consultative Conference. It is located on Wenlan Campus of Maiyu Bridge Primary School Education Group on the west bank of the Canal. It covers an area of 300 square meters and, with its members mainly from the painting and calligraphy circle, is an academic organization on the research, exhibition and training of painting and calligraphy artistic creation. The Center especially engaged more than 20 reputed painters and calligraphers such as Ding Maolu and Luo Hengguang as its deputy president or distinguished painter. |

台州经济开发区位于台州市主城区，于1997年1月经浙江省人民政府批准成立，同年6月经省政府批准设立台州台商投资区，成为浙江省仅有的三个台商投资区之一。此外，台州经济开发区还是省级高新技术产业园区。现有规划面积73.9平方公里，其中，中心城区30平方公里，滨海工业区块30平方公里，三山北涂围垦区块13.9平方公里。
台州经济开发区在台州市有着重要地位，因为有以下六大优势：
一、开发区的中心城区位于台州市的中心区，是台州市的行政、金融商贸、科技文化中心，是一个“都市型”开发区。
二、享有市一级政府的经济管理权限，并得到市委、市政府的大力支持。
三、基础设施完善，城市功能齐全。建区十年多来，坚持 高起点规划、高品位建设、高标准管理，累计投入基础设施建设资金60多亿元，金融、商贸、居住、文体、娱乐等城市功能齐全，人与自然和谐发展，已成为美丽、繁荣的台州市核心区。

Taizhou Economic Development Zone
The most vigorous and promising zone in Taizhou
Taizhou Economic Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as TEDZ) is located in the urban area of Taizhou city. It was set up in January 1997 with the official approval of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government. In June in the same year, approved by Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, Taizhou Taiwanese Businessman RTIA (Regional Trade and Investment Area) was established. It is one of the three Taiwanese RTIAs in Zhejiang Province. Moreover, TEDZ is a provincial-level high-and-new technology industrial zone. It covers an area of 73.9 square kilometers, including 30 square kilometers in central area of Taizhou, 30 square kilometers in Binhai Industrial Zone and 13.9 square kilometers in Sanshan Northern Reclamation Area.
TEDZ occupies an important position in Taizhou. It has following six advantages.
1. Locating in the inner city of Taizhou, the central city part of TEDZ is a urban-style development zone that functions as the administrative, financial, commercial, scientific, technological and cultural center of Taizhou.
2. TEDZ enjoys municipal-level economic management rights and has gained substantial support from CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Taizhou Municipal Government.
3. Equipped with improved infrastructure and all urban functions, TEDZ has been sticking to the principle of “high start planning, high grade construction and high standard management” ever since its establishment over ten years ago. Its cumulative investment in infrastructure construction has exceeded 6 billion yuan. It integrates all kinds of urban functions, including finance, commerce, living, culture & sports and entertainment, and is characterized by the harmonious development of man and nature. It is beautiful and prosperous and has become the core area of Taizhou.
4. TEDZ has vast industrial development space. Binhai Industrial Zone, covering an area of 30 square kilometers, is at the core of Taizhou coast in Wenzhou-Taizhou Costal Industrial Belt defined by Zhejiang Provincial Government. It can be rated as the punch line of Taizhou Coastal Industrial Belt and is the most important carrier of and platform for industrial development in urban area of Taizhou. Also, it will be built into a new industrial city and a new district of Taizhou city that enjoys adequate and systematic service and picturesque surroundings. At present, 93 enterprises have settled down in TEDZ. They realized total industrial output value 1.5 billion yuan in 2008. Moreover, the construction of Sanshan Northern Reclamation Project with an area of 13.9 square kilometers is under way. It will provide vast development space for the medium-run and long-run development of TEDZ.
5. With distinctive industrial arrangements, it has built up six competitive industries, namely, automobile & motorcycle parts, sewing equipments, household appliances, plastic & mould, pump & valve and gifts & crafts.
6. Guided by the thinking of “taking people as the foremost and vitalizing TEDZ with service”, TEDZ persistently sticks to the principle of “caring for businessman, satisfying businessman and enriching businessman” and has built up a standardized and improved service system. It attaches great importance to environmental enhancement and sustained development and has passed ISO14001 Environment Management System authentication.
For over ten years since its establishment, TEDZ has attracted investments from a dozen of countries (regions) including America, Japan, Germany, France, Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan while developing endogenous economy. Its economic strength is continuously reinforced. Its average growth rate per annum for total industrial output value and export delivery value is respectively 34% and 31%, ranking among the first in Taizhou. In 2008, it realized total industrial output value 7.465 billion yuan and proprietary export value 360 million US dollars. Due to its urban-style feature, foreign investors can invest in industries like finance, commerce, amusement & recreation, information, logistics and real estate as well as in industrial circle, thus pushing forward the interactive development of modern service industry and urbanization & industrialization.
