（1） We are to complete responsibilities and obligations of the contract according to regulations of the bid invitation documents.
（2） We have made detailed examination about all bid invitation documents, including bid invitation document modification (if any), reference data and relevant attachment; and we know that we shall abandon the right to raise ambiguous or misleading questions.
（3） We have agree that we abide by the bidding document since the date of bid opening as regulated in Article 24 of the Bidding Guidance and that the bidding document shall have binding force before the regulated expiry date of the bidding as regulated in Article 18 of the Bidding Guidance and we have the possibility to win the bid.
