Therefore, as a lawyer, I sincerely hope your company to negotiate the settlement on matters of non-performance with Kinwai Company within three days after receiving the lawyer's letter. In this period, if your company is neglectful to seek a settlement with Kinwai Company through negotiation, I will, under the entrustment of Kinwai Company, solve the issue through litigation. To avoid greater losses and adverse impacts of goodwill caused by lawsuits, your company shall carefully consider my legal advice and settle the dispute timely.
