从2002年伟基模业自主研发的第一副模具，到2007年斥资7000余万元建设的车灯模具生产基地，再到今天年产车灯模具280套、产值1.5亿元的产能。伟基模业，五年一个跨越、五年一个腾飞，专注于汽车车灯模具的研发、生产与销售，书写着模具业发展的奇迹。如今，占地16000平方米，拥有员工近300人的现代化、国际化伟基巍然屹立在世界模具业之林。
以技术研发为先导，伟基成立了自己的技术研发中心，并取得“省级科学技术中心”命名。中心拥有注塑产品设计和模具设计研发人员34人、工艺设计师8人、CNC编程人员16人，建设了标准的25米汽车车灯配光测试实验室和模具检测实验室。扩展研发规模的同时，伟基不断加深设计深度的拓展：UG软件的数字化造型；CAD、CAE、CAM模拟仿真分析；华塑CAE模流分析，分工明确、创新独特的设计理念成为伟基引领业内高水准技术的重要保障。
高速、精密、自动化是当今模具企业加工的趋势，为此伟基模业投资7000多万，引进了瑞士米克朗高速加工中心、日本牧野石墨加工中心、日本牧野高速加工中心等70余套精密设备，组成了一条高起点、高精度、高效率的车灯模具准柔性生产线。无论是CNC车间的加工中心机群、深孔加工机；EDM车间的双、单头电火花机；EDW车间的慢、中走丝线切割机；还是装配车间的合模机；试模车间的注塑机，一大批先进的大中型现代化高精度设备，实现模具了的高速加工、精密加工和装配自动化。 |

Leveraging on China, Going Global
From the first self-developed mold in 2002, later in 2007 Weiji Mold Co.,Ltd invested more than 70 million yuan in the construction of auto lamp mold manufacturing base, and its production capacity has reached 280 sets and production value attained 150 million each year. Focusing on research and development(R&D), production and marketing of auto lamp mold, Weiji has taken a great leap in one decade, creating a miracle in the development of mold industry. Now the company covers an area of 16,000 square meters with nearly 300 employees and is strongly positioned in mold industry worldwide.
Engaging in technology R&D, Weiji has founded its own R&D center which is honored with the title of Provincial Science and Technology Center. The center has 34 injection molding product and mold designing staffs, 8 technical designers and 16 CNC programmers. It also sets up standard 25-meter auto light distribution testing lab and mold testing lab. While extending R&D scale, Weiji is also putting forward its design ability in depth: digital modeling of UG software, CAD, CAE, CAM simulation analysis, Huasu CAE mold analysis. The clear-cut labor division, unique and creative design concept guarantee Weiji’s leading role in high level technology development of the industry. High-speed, high-precision and automation is now the mold enterprise processing trend, for which Weiji has invested more than 70 million yuan to bring in Mikron high-speed operation center from Switzerland, Makino graphite machining center and Makino high-speed machining center from Japan and so on, altogether more than 70 sets precision equipment, composing a high starting point, high-precision and high-efficiency quasi soft production line of auto lamp mold. A large number of advanced large and medium-sized modern high-precision equipment, such as the machining center cluster system in CNC workshop, deep hole drilling machine, single, double-headed electric discharge machines in EDM workshop, low,medium-speed wire electric discharge machines in EDM workshop, clamping device in assemble shop and injection device in mold-testing shop, realizes automation of high-speed, high-precision and assemble mold processing. |

杭州师范大学社会科学基础部(原为马列主义教研部)是学校独立设置的思想政治理论课教学部门，承担着全校本(专)科学生和研究生的思想政治理论课教学工作。设有综合办公室、教务科等行政办公机构和文献资料查阅部门。下辖“马克思主义基本原理概论”、“ 毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论”、“思想道德修养和法律基础”、“中国近现代史纲要”、“形势与政策”五个教研室，有二个硕士学位授权点：“马克思主义中国化研究”，设有毛泽东思想、中国特色社会主义理论体系、中华民族精神3个研究方向; “国外马克思主义研究”, 设有西方马克思主义、后现代马克思主义2个研究方向。现有教职工38人，其中教授4人，副教授19人，具有博士学位9人，博士在读2人，具有硕士学位的17人。
社科部教师坚持教书育人的宗旨，在对大学生进行系统的马克思主义理论教育中，坚持开拓创新，坚持理论联系实际，不断改进教育教学的内容、形式和方法，使思想政治理论课的教学不断贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生，有效地提高了思想政治理论课的教学质量和实效性，在贯彻落实党和国家的教育方针，培养社会主义建设的合格人才方面做出了应有的贡献。先后有7名教师被评为校教学十佳。《中国近现代史纲要》、《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》、《马克思主义基本原理概论》、《思想道德修养和法律基础》四门课被评为杭州市属高校思想政治理论课精品课程，实现了精品课程建设对主要课程的全覆盖。2010年“马克思主义基本原理精彩教案”成功立项为教育部教改课题，教学改革的层次不断提升。1999年以来，社科部连续13年承办了全校思想政治理论优秀论文竞赛和“红色之旅”活动，收到参赛论文2万余篇，组织参赛获奖者近700名学生分别到韶山、延安、百色、井冈山、遵义等地参观考察，该活动已成为我省大学生思想政治教育中的一项品牌活动。社科部教师还发挥自己的学科优势，面向全校学生开设了《中国传统文化》、《消费经济理论与消费者行为》、《世界经济与政治》等33门社会科学类公共选修课。
在搞好教学工作的同时，社科部的教师还积极开展科学研究，努力夯实马克思主义理论学科建设的基础。近几年来，承担1项国家社科基金、20项省部级哲学社会科学项目、100余项厅局级项目。先后参与了浙江省高校《马克思主义哲学原理》、《毛泽东思想概论》、《当代世界经济与政治》等课程教材的编写工作，出版了《社会转型问题的伦理反思》、《茶与传统文化》等5本专著，并在核心期刊发表学术论文200余篇。 |

A Brief Introduction to the Basic Department of Social Sciences of Hangzhou Normal University
The Basic Department of Social Sciences(BDSS) of Hangzhou Normal University(originally the Teaching and Researching Department of Marxism) is an independently-set ideological and political theory teaching branch which takes the responsibility of teaching the whole college students from undergraduates of special courses，undergraduates of regular courses to students of graduate degree. It has administrative offices such as general affairs office, teaching affairs office and also the literature and information searching section. It consists of five teaching and researching sections which include Survey of Basic Principle of Marxism, MaoZedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law, Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History, Situation and Policy. Our department has received two authorized degree points, Chinese Marxism Studys which includes MaoZedong Thought, Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Chinese Nation Spirit, and Marxism Abroad Study which includes Western Marxism and Postmodern Marxism. Our department has now teaching and administrative staff of thirty-eight people, and four of them were awarded full professors, nineteen associate professors. And nine of them hold Ph.D. degrees, two are doctoral candidates, and seventeen have master's degrees.
Teachers in BDSS are committed to the purpose of teaching and educating. During the process of educating college students systematically with Marxism theory, they persist in innovation, insist on combining theory with practice, and keep improving the contents, forms and methods of teaching, which makes classes of ideological and political theory close to reality, to life and to students, thus effectively enhancing teaching quality and efficiency of this course. All these have contributed to foster qualified people for socialist construction in implementing education policy made by the party and country. Altogether seven teachers are named "Top-ten Teaching Experts" in our university. Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History, MaoZedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Survey of Basic Principle of Marxism, and Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Fundamentals of Law, these four courses were rated as top courses among Ideological and Political Theory Course of city-owned colleges.Top courses covers all the main courses in BDSS. In 2010, Excellent Teaching Plan of Basic Principle of Marxism was successfully confirmed as the research project of educational reform by Ministry of Education(MOE), which raise the reform to a higher level. Since 1999, BDSS has consecutively hosted contests for Ideological and Political Theory in college and Red Journey theme activity for thirteen years, receiving more than 20,000 papers and organizing student winners nearly 700 to visit Shaoshan, Yanan, Baise, Jinggang Mountain and Zunyi and so on. This has become one of the brand name activities for college students who receive ideological and political theory education in Zhejiang Province. Teachers in BDSS take the advantage of their disciplinary background to offer thirty-three public elective courses like Chinese Traditional Culture, Consumption Economy Theory and Consumer Behaviour and World Economy and Politics in social sciences for all students.
While exerting themselves to teach, teachers in BDSS also carry out science researches and work hard to consolidate the foundation of disciplinary construction of Marxism theory. In recent years, BBDS took on one research project supported by National Social Science Research Funds, twenty social science projects of provincial or ministerial level and more than 100 projects of bureau level. BBDS also participate in the writing of college textbooks such as Philosophical Principle of Marxism, Introduction of Mao Zedong Thought and Modern World Economy and Politics in Zhejiang Province, publishing five monographs like Ethical Reflection On Issues of Social Transformation, Tea and Traditional Culture, publishing more than 200 research papers in core journals. |
