鉴于客户方需要在其工厂内开设供餐服务，而供餐方具有供餐服务的资质和能力亦愿意向客户方提供这种服务。故而现在考虑到互相达成的协议及所阐明的条款，双方同意下：
服务
在本协议持续期间，供餐方必须向客户方提供在附件“服务”内所阐明的供餐服务。
供餐方必须按照客户方所规定的供餐日、供餐时间和地点提供服务并且在客户方需要又经供
如果本协议所规定的供餐时间发生临时变动，客户方将提前通知供餐方以便做必要准备。
供餐方供餐对象除客户方员工以外，还包括客户方的所有供应商派驻到客户方的工作人员，以及日常访客，费用将由供餐方统一与客户方结算。
条件
本协议从 2012 年 10 月 1 日起开始执行至 2013 年 9 月 30 日止。
如客户方对供餐方公司的服务状况不满，试用期满后，客户方有权无条件解除本合同。“解除通知”应以书面形式寄至供餐方公司。
价格
3.1
3.1 在本协议第3.2条款下，在遵从客户方的帐期条件下供餐方按照以下所示单价向客户方开具正规餐饮发票。
每份正餐套餐（中餐、晚餐）价格：人民币壹拾元整（RMB ，含服务费及营业
税）
3.2 如遇严重的通货膨胀 ，协议第3.1条款内所开列的价格可在本协议到期协商续签时加以修
订。
在收到供餐方价格修订书面通知后，客户方应迅速与供餐方就供餐方提出的价格修订进行洽谈，客户方接受洽谈并不意味着客户方必须接受该价格修订。客户方可自行决定接受与不接受，如客户方不同意价格修订的，供餐方不得单方面变更价格。
付款
4.1 对于按照本协议所提供的服务，供餐方必须根据所统计（打卡和餐券）并经客户方确认的就餐数量（以它作基本依据）于每月底开具一次性正规发票，客户方必须在收到发票后40天之内通过银行转账向供餐方支付款项。
4.2 在违反上述4.1条款所规定的付款条件时，逾期未付的款项按同期中国银行贷款利率按日承担利息费用直到付清欠款为止。

In view of the client' needing to be supplied food in his/her company,and the food supplier is possessed of great capability and ready for providing cantering services.Hence the Client and the Food Supplier have agreed to conclude the contract subject to the terms and conditions stated hereunder:
1.Services:
At any time prior to the expiration of the Terms,the food supplier must provide catering services set out in the Appendix "Services".
The food supplier must offer foods at a specified time and in the place stipulated in the contract,also at any time agreed by the food provider.
If the time has a temporal change,the client must inform the food supplier in advance so as to make necessary preparation.
Besides the staff,the food supplier need provide foods for workers dispatched to the company by it'suppliers and visitors ,and the client settles up the expenses together.
2.Terms
This agreement executes from November,1 2012 to September,30 2013.If the client is dissatisfied with the services,the client has the right to terminate the contract with no condition after probationary period. "The termination notice" should be sent to the food supplier in written form.
3. Prices:
According to the article 3.2 hereof ,the food supplier issues official dining invoices in accordance with the following unit price complied with terms of the client' account period.
each dinner set（lunch、supper）price:Ten yuan (RMB ,including a service charge and the sales tax)
3.2 If suffered from a serious inflation,the prices stipulated under Sub-Clause 3.1 hereof could be revised when the two parties negotiate about renew this contract before the expiration of it.
After receiving the written notice of price amendment issued by the food supplier,the client should consult with the food supplier about the price revision rapidly.However,the client accept the consultation does not mean he must receive it.At the same time,it is up to the client whether he accept it or not.But,if the client disagrees with the revision,the food supplier can not alter it unilaterally.
4. Payment
4.1 According to the services hereof,the food supplier must issue the lump-sum official invoices after the client' confirming the number of dinner(on the basic of it) at the end of every month.And the client must pay the fees through bank transfer within 40 days after receiving invoices.
4.2 If the client fails to perform the payment terms under Sub-Clause 4.1 above,the overdue sums will be paid off according to the date rate of the same period of Chinese interest rates of bank loans.

Installation
Before beginning installation, please close all open programs on your computer. ESET NOD32 Antivirus contains components that may conflict with other antivirus products or security suites installed on your computer. ESET strongly recommends that you remove the other program to prevent potential problems. You can install ESET NOD32 Antivirus from an installation CD/DVD or from a file that you downloaded from the ESET website.
Launching the installation
To launch the installer wizard, either do one of the following:
• If you are installing from the installation CD/DVD, insert the CD/DVD into the CD/DVD-ROM drive. If the autorun menu does not appear automatically, click on your CD/DVD drive and open it manually by clicking the Autorun.exe in the CD/DVD root directory.
• If you are installing from a downloaded file, double-click the file to launch the installer. During the initial phase of the installation, the installer automatically checks online for the latest product version. If found, the installer will offer it for download and begin the installation process. After accepting the license agreement, the installer will offer two types of installation.
Typical – only the most important parameters will be configured during installation. Other parameters will be pre-set to their recommended settings. This mode provides our recommended comprehensive protection and is suitable for most users. Custom – enables configuration of all advanced parameters during installation. This guide describes typical installation mode.

Detection of potentially unwanted applications
Since some potentially unwanted applications are used legitimately and might not necessarily pose a security risk, the user‘s consent is required to enable detection. We recommend selecting the Enable detection of potentially unwanted applications option.
Completing the installation
When all necessary parameters have been configured, start the final installation by clicking the Install button. The installation progress will be indicated by a progress bar. After installation is complete, ESET NOD32 Antivirus will be started automatically. Since a computer restart is not normally required, you can carry on working with ESET NOD32 Antivirus working in the background to protect your computer from malware threats.
Product activation
After the installation, the Product Activation Type window appears. You can also open the window by clicking Product activation within the Setup section, the Update section or by clicking the status notification icon in the top right corner of the main product window or the ESET icon in the Windows notification area of the taskbar (system tray).
• If you purchased a retail boxed version of the product, select Activate using an Activation Key (recommended) and follow the step-by-step activation instructions. The Activation Key is usually located inside or on the back side of the product package. For a successful activation, the Activation Key must be entered as supplied.
• If you received a Username and Password, select the Activate using a Username and Password option and enter the license data in the appropriate fields.
• If you would like to evaluate ESET NOD32 Antivirus before activating, select the Activate Trial License option. Fill in the required fields and an Email Address. Your test license will be sent to this address and ESET NOD32 Antivirus will be activated for a limited period of time.
