以下为一些小练习，花自己喜欢的东西很有意思，顺便也提高了技术。
老师会要求我们自己创作人物的表情，动作，形象。相对于欧美的画风，是越夸张越好。当创作或者我想不出遇到瓶颈的时候我自己也会摆出千奇百怪的造型，觉得这样非常有意思，也会帮助我创作。 |

Some occasional ideas and thoughts would pop up in my mind all at once and I just can’t wait to take them down with my pencil.
As for my favorite game characters, I would paint them in a lovely Japanese style.
This is a portrait of my schoolmate painted by me, and in my opinion it has fully displayed her characters. But she feels that this is less pretty than she is.
Likewise the character Xiao Man in my favorite game, the classic made-in-China console game “Chinese Paladin Ⅴ” has some characters that I really appreciate.
These are some exercises. It’s of great fun to paint something I like, and it also helps to improve my painting skills.
My teacher asks us to create the looks, movements and images of the figures by ourselves. But the painting style of Europe and America promotes that “the more exaggerate, the better”. When my mind goes blank, or when I meet bottlenecks, I myself make various strange postures and feel it very interesting. It also helps my creation. |

The abundance and rapid rise of China’s foreign exchange reserves evidently help to improve the country’s capability in international payment, maintain balance in international payments, and promote the healthy development of national economy. First of all, under the circumstance that changes in international market lead to dramatic decrease of export or seasonal factors or incidents lead to temporary international payment deficit, a government is able to make up the deficit with its large amount of foreign exchange reserves and no need to take restrictive measures like cutting imports which interrupts the regular process of domestic economy. Moreover, when structural disequilibrium of international payments occurs and it needs a prompt or long-term adjustment, the government can manage it with its massive foreign exchange reserves because this helps to alleviate the external impact in the adjustment. In this way it reduces the negative effects on domestic supply-and-demand equilibrium brought about by those measures, ensure regular process and stable development of domestic economy and lessen the unfavorable effects of the measures taken on the economy. |

内容摘要：舞蹈作为人民群众广泛热爱和积极参与的一种艺术形式，为繁荣民族文化、丰富人民群众精神生活、提高全民身心健康都发挥了重要作用。但是，目前舞蹈作品的侵权现象越来越突出，对舞蹈作品的创作和传播产生了不利影响。本文从著作权基本原理入手，认真分析了舞蹈作品著作权保护的对象及其基本特征，阐述了一般舞蹈作品、合作舞蹈作品、法人舞蹈作品、职务舞蹈作品、委托舞蹈作品等的著作权和相关权归属，从而明确了舞蹈作品著作权保护的基本主体和客体；在分析当前非法使用、剽窃、非法发表、歪曲、篡改等侵犯舞蹈作品的基础上，解释了导致这些侵权行为的原因，进而提出了加强舞蹈作品著作权保护的建议，包括完善我国舞蹈作品著作权保护立法、成立舞蹈作品著作权集体管理组织、建立舞蹈作品侵权责任认定标准和机构、提高舞蹈作品著作权人的维权意识等，目的在于进一步加强我国舞蹈作品的创作和传播，为我国社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣做出贡献。 |

Abstract: Dancing is a form of art which people have shown extensive passion and taken participation into, and it also plays an important role in boosting the prosperity of our national culture, enriching people’s spiritual life and improving people’s physical and mental health. However, there has been more and more serious infringement of choreography art work now, which leads to negative impacts on the creation and dissemination of it. Based on the basic principles of copyright, this essay carefully analyzes the objects of copyright protection of choreography art work and its essential features and elaborates on copyright and related rights ownership of regular work, work of joint authorship, work of a legal entity, work made for hire and commissioned work of choreography art. In this way the essay identifies the primary subjects and objects of copyright protection of choreography art work. With an analysis of the acts of violating work of choreography art including illegal utilization, piracy, illegal publishing, misrepresentation and tampering, the essay further elaborates on their causes and puts forward some suggestions of enhancing the copyright protection. The suggestions include improving the national legislation of copyright protection, establishing organizations for copyright collective management, setting up standards and institutions for infringement responsibilities confirmation and improving the copyright protection awareness of the owner. The purpose is to provide favorable conditions for the creation and dissemination of work of choreography art and make contribution to the development and prosperity of socialist culture of our country. |

In financial management, the financial rules should be observed in that all account items should be carefully recorded and regularly audited so that the managers are clear about the fund flow.
2. Personnel Risks: Relevant national laws should be complied with in terms of staff employment. The employer should insure the employees against casualty and the insurance premium for take-away food delivery man should be increased so as to minimize possible loss if any casualty.
3. Operational Risks: Relevant national laws should be complied with in terms of business operation. Required certificates should all be acquired. Profits and loss should be identified on a monthly base to analyze the operation. Problems should be tackled without delay. 我把大量的精力投入到实验中，从诱导漆酶表达的培养条件的设计，Cdna-AFLP技术克隆差异表达基因，到差异基因序列在NCBI上的核酸序列数据库和多肽序列数据库中分别进行BLASTn和BLASTx比对和分析，无一不谨慎进行。因为我知道，即使细微的影响因素也可能给实验带来完全不同的结果。例如在研究过程中我发现，虽然CDNA-AFLP技术是快速、可靠的分子标记和差异基因克隆技术，但是还是不可避免地存在影响因子：引物的设计，连接产物的浓度，预扩增与选择性扩增的各项条件的细微变化均影响实验结果。

I have paid enormous efforts in the experiments, ranging from the design of culturing conditions to induce the expression of laccase, the gene of differential expression in cloning with Cdna-AFLP technique, to the comparison and analysis of the differential gene sequences in terms of BLASTn and BLASTx which are carried out respectively in the nucleotide sequence data base and the peptide sequence data base on NCBI, all of which have seen my prudence. This is because I am aware that even a small affecting factor is likely to lead the experiment to totally different findings. For example I found out in the research that CDNA-AFLP being a quick and dependable technique for molecular marking and differential gene cloning, there inevitably exist some affecting factors including the design of primer, concentration of ligating products and conditions for pre-amplification and selective amplification. Any subtle variation in these affecting factors would have impact on the findings of the experiment.
