Even if I stop using the medicine called Pletaal, the symptom of urinary retention didn’t improve. Therefore, the urinary retention is not caused by the use of Pletaal .
I found the appearance of side effects and worse condition when the patient said to me, so I can’t judge the precise date of its appearance.
The patient said , the peripheral superficial vein on the back of his hands dilated at nightfall after taking Pletaal.
The patient got olfactory disorders as soon as take Pletaal, and I suspect that the symptom is related to the Pletaal .
The patient’s both left and right sides of the basal ganglia、the midbrain,、 the white matter in both left and right sides of temporal lobe got the lacunar infarction. I measured the percentage of the glycoalbumin on April 28, 2005 , and it was 22.7%.
I stopped the use of Pletaal from July 3, 2005.In a week, the hardness of the patient’s hands began to became normal gradually . On August 24, 2005 ,I confirmed his hands was completely recovered. I suspect that the reason for the deformation of his hands is the use of Pletaal.
