The study object in this paper is Baosteel Metal, Co., Ltd, whose operation mainly concludes: metal wrapping, industrial gasses, steel structure, auto parts, wire rod products and automobile business. Since Baosteel Metal, Co., Ltd was re-established in 2007, the scale of operation expanded rapidly and came into the fast developing and expanding phases. Therefore, capital guarantee is the key factor for smooth operation and projects. Otherwise, the fast development is definitely be restricted and the motivation for survival and development of the company will be weakened. As for how to choose the financing measures for company in the recent development phase, with the least investment and lowest cost to gain financial support to push the realization of maximum profits will be the main subject that the company has to consider and solve.
