Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising form the execution of or in connection with the agreement shall be settled through mutual consultations between the parties thereto. In case the settlement can not be reached, either party is entitled to bring a suit to the people's court that has the jurisdiction over the matter according to law. During the proceedings, the contract shall be executed continually by both parties except for matters in disputes.
