After consulting with the insurant, the original insurance policy is corrected and altered as follows:
Ⅰ. The insurants have fully understand and agree with the contents and conditions listed on the Insurance Policy Renewal Detailed List. The signature by the insurants on the Insurance Policy Renewal Detailed List would be regarded as confirmation action.
Ⅱ. This insurance policy is applicable to the comprehensive insurance clause 3.0 version of the short-term export credit insurance.
Ⅲ. Co-insurance issues
1. Both Guangdong Midea Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd and Foshan Midea Kaili Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd are insurants under this insurance policy.
2. The Co-insurance Application signed by the two insurants above is an effective component of this insurance policy.
3. The above insurants shall handle all of the insurance procedures under the insurance policy respectively.
4. If either insurant under the policy violates the obligations prescribed by the insurance policy, it will be deemed as breach by both insurants. In that case, the insurer is entitled to lower the indemnity proportion until refuse to take the insurance liability.
5. The operation document number of Foshan Midea Kaili Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd under this policy insurance is SCH002692/CARRIER.
