The role and function of Inclusive Rural Financial Institution become more and more important in the whole financial system. These institutions play a role of the main force to serve for agriculture. Meanwhile, they abide by the laws of market economy, realizing agricultural commercialization which helps to reach its maximal values. This paper aims to study how to ease the conflicts between the social goals and financial goals of inclusive rural fianafial institutions,so that to reach the goal of "win-win" situation in the aspects of anti-poverty and profit-making.
This paper aims o analyze the current market status of the NC rotary table, and look forward into the future by designing an economical and practical pint-sized NC rotary table. This king of NC rotary table is driven by a stepper motor, operated by the worm-and-wheel steering gears which rotate the fixture. It achieved the exact rotation of the fixture by controllling the pulse of the stepper motor, so that the surface-processing of all the workpieces could be finished one by one through a precise angular rotation of the movable part of the fixture. In this way, single set-up and multi-processing became available, which realized the goal of exanding the processing scope of the NC rotary table and reducing labor intensity, as well as improving the accuracy of processing.
