、. 关于企业“入园进区”发展的扶持政策。
凡是到长葛园区投资兴办企业的客商，可以得到以下优惠：（一）电价政策。实行同网同价。自2009年11月20日起，园区内符合国家产业政策的重大工业项目生产用电，执行省网直供电价。其中市域一般大工业1—10千伏用户，电价每千瓦时降低0.08元；35千伏及以上用户电价每千瓦时降低0.086元；已执行电价降低0.06元政策的用户，在现有基础上降低至直供目录电价水平。（二）土地政策。建立土地保障机制。市年度土地利用计划指标重点保障集聚区用地需求。园区工业项目新征土地可按分批次用地方式单独报批。对重大投资项目，或世界500强、国内500强以及高新技术领域的项目，实行“一事一议”的灵活地价。（ 三）财税政策。对入驻园区的企业，按期建成投产，且投资强度和容积率达到国家规定标准的，给予企业适当的资金支持。新入驻企业，在建设过程中产生的土地使用税，全额用于企业贷款贴息，2010年底前建成投产的企业，按缴纳土地使用税的60%用于企业贷款贴息，贴息不超过三年。

The supported policy on enterprises Located in the Area
All the merchants who invest and set up enterprises in Changge Area will be favored with the following preferential policies:
（一）Policy of Electric Power Price. Same price of the electric power provided by the same power grid.
Since November 20, 2009, the major industrial projects in the Area which are in line with the state industrial policies implement the direct supply price of the provincial power grid. Among of which in the cities, the general large industrial users of 1-10 KV will get a preferential price of 0.08 yuan lowered per kilowatt of electricity. The users of 35KV and above on will get a price of 0.086 yuan per kilowatt of electricity. The users, who have implemented the price lowering policy of 0.06 yuan, will get a lower price of direct supply catalogue of electricity.
（二）Land Policy. Establish a land-protection mechanism.
The city annual land-use planning target focuses on the protection of the demands of clustering districts. The new land of industrial projects in Area can get a separate approval by means of using the land in batches. For major investment projects, Fortune 500 companies, domestic top 500 companies or hi-tech projects, the flexible land-price policy of One Project One Discussion will be carried out.
（三）Finance and Taxation Policy.
We will give the appropriate financial support to the enterprises in the Area which are set up and put into production on schedule while the investment intensity and volume fraction meet the state standards. For new settled enterprises, the land-use tax generated during the construction process will be full discounted for business loans. The enterprises which are set up and put into operation before the end of 2010 will use 60% of the land-use tax for the interest discount of enterprises loans, the interest discount will not exceed three years.

我第一次见到了查理斯主席，他身材清瘦高挑，尖鼻子、尖下巴，深陷于鼻梁下的并不大的灰眼睛，偶尔匆匆走过，似乎没注意到周围发生的事情，只给我留下一种远远的敬畏感。
在一个半月中，我渐渐地习惯了每天6个小时，四大堂课的学习。空间意识极强的不同流派的“现代舞技术课”；永远激发大脑多向思维的“即兴课”；以重力交替原理和相互感应发展出的“接触即兴课”；体验声音与人体动作的“声•形课”；更具科学原理的“人体运动治疗课”……。我如走火入魔般兴奋地陶醉在这崭新的舞蹈世界中，课堂中教师的每一句教学提示，每一个问题的提出，每一种舞蹈的动态变化，对我的头脑都产生着冲击和欣喜。我记下两大厚本的笔记本保存至今。

It is a nice place where you can focus on learning. More than four-hundred dancers gather here from all over the American and the world dancing sweatily and ecstatically in a dozen of classrooms constantly, from morning to night. They use body express themselves, use voice communicated with each other, and use thoughts instead of silence, while gaining success throngh sharing.
It is the first time I saw President Charles. He is lean and lanky, with a pointed nose and not big eyes deep under the bridge of nose. Occasionally he passes by hastily without noticing the surrounding affairs, just leave me a kind of distant awe.
During the one month and a half, I was used to studying six hours, four classes everyday. Namely, the various schools of modern dance technique class, which needs sharply sense of space, impromptu class which motivates the multiway thinking of brain, touching impromptu class which shows the gravity alternating principle and mutual induction, sound and form class which experiences us with sound and physical expression and physical sport treating class which is adapted from scientific principle. I was so passionate and soaked myself in the new dancing world. In the class, every teacher’s teaching tip, the present of a problem and the dynamic change of the dance is impressed my brain with shocks and joy. And I preserve two thick-notes I wrote till now.
