本文首先分析企业资产管理中存在问题,在企业中各部门可能分散在各地，增加资产核对的难度，每年进行资产盘点时，使用人工每项资产进行管理，每到盘点时须对每项资产重复盘点，再将盘点结果用人工录入的方式输入数据库中再比对，如有问题设备再次核对，十分繁琐，效率低下，盘点后设备如有调动未能及时反应在系统中，下次盘点时又可能出现难以找出设备的现象。提出引入RFID技术来提高管理水平。接着介绍RFID(射频识别)技术的概念及RFID系统的组成和工作原理,论述了该技术在企业资产管理领域的应用及其优越性,分析RFID在企业资产管理的应用前景。 |

At first, the paper analyzes problems arisen in the process of enterprise asset management, due to the fact that various departments in the enterprise may scatter from place to place ,the difficulty in verification of assets is increased, as for the annual assets verification, if each asset is managed manually , whenever the verification is carried out, firstly, the re-verification for each asset is needed, then, results of verification are required to be input manually into the database for re-comparison, in case problems occur ,devices are used to re-check, which is rather complicated and inefficient. Besides, if regulations of devices are not responded timely to the system after verification, the problem that no devices can be found comes into being for the next verification, hence, the introduction of RFID technology is proposed to raise the management level, then, FID technology (Radio Frequency Identification), RFID system composition and its operating principle are presented, the next is the discussion on applications and advantages of the technology in the field of enterprise asset management, finally, the application prospect of RFID in enterprise asset management is analyzed. |
