统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control，SPC)是实现和保证产品质量的过程控制工具，它是利用数理统计的方法来对制造过程进行分析的，因此需要有准确可靠的数据源。测量系统分析的目的在于分析测量系统本身的误差能否满足要求,保证测量结果的重复性和再现性。将测量系统分析（Measurement Systems Analysis, MSA）应用到SPC系统来，利用其分析结果来保证数据的质量。本文利用Delphi 7.0作为开发工具,采用Oracle 9i作为后台支持数据库，开发了SPC系统中的测量系统分析（MSA）模块，实现了统计过程控制中所必需测量系统的分析。

The statistical process control (SPC) is a control tool to ensure the quality of products, it analyses the process by statistical methods, so the accurate data are very important. The goal of measurement systems analysis is to see whether the measure system can meet the requirement, and ensure the repeatability and reproducibility of measure system. This paper applies the measurement systems analysis in SPC to ensure the quality of dates, and by making Delphi 7.0 as tools and Oracle 9i as database, the measurement systems analysis（MSA） mode is established, which successfully accomplish the analysis of measurement systems in SPC.
