1、 提货相关手续:
收货人接到到货通知后，凭单位介绍信或加盖单位公章的到货通知单或运单副本到国际营业厅换取国际货运单正本提单，到海关报关，完成报关报验手续后凭加盖海关放行章及检验检疫章的提单到国际营业厅办理提货手续。
收货人提货时，对货物外包装状态或重量如有异议，应当场向工作人员提出查验或者重新过磅核对，发现货物丢失、短缺、变质、损坏等情况，由工作人员按规定填写货物运输事故记录，并由双方签字盖章。
收货人提取货物并在出库清单上签字而未提出异议，则视为按运输合同规定货物已完好交付。
2、货物的保管规定：
普通货物和危险物品，从货物到达的次日起免费保管三天。
活体动物、鲜活易腐物品以及其它需冷藏冰冻的货物到达后免费保管6小时。
贵重物品到达当日免费保管。
货物被检查机关扣留或因违章等待处理存放在仓库内，应当由收货人或托运人付仓储费和其他有关费用。

1. Procedures on Delivery
Consignee should go to the international department to get the original airway bill by a Letter of Recommendation of company and the Notice of Arrival with a company’s seal on it. Consignee can not pick up the consignment until they go through formalities of Customs and Commodity Quarantine that required.
Consignee should put forward the reweigh request on the spot if they have any dissent on weight and state of external packing of the consignment. They can require the staff to draw up the irregularity report on the site in cases of lose, shortage, deterioration, damage and delay of the consignment, both sides should sign and seal on the report.
If consignee signs on the delivery order without any dissent, that is regarded as delivery is completed in accordance with transport contract.
2. Storage rules
Free storage for ordinary and dangerous consignment within three days from the next date of arrival.
Free storage for live animals, perishables and consignment need freezing within six hours of arrival
Free storage for valuable consignment within the date of arrival
If consignment is detained at the carrier’s warehouse by censorate because of violation of rules , consignee should pay the storage fee and other charges.

1、 提货相关手续:
收货人应在承运人指定的提货地点提取货物。对活体动物、鲜活易腐货物及其它指定航班的货物，托运人应负责通知收货人到目的地机场等候提取。
收货人凭本人有效身份证件提货（有效身份证件包括：居民身份证、驾驶证、户口薄、临时身份证、军官证、士兵证、警官证、带照片的户籍证明）；委托他人提货时，凭货运单指定的收货人及提货人的有效身份证件提货。如货运单写有单位名称，应按承运人或其代理人的要求在出有效身份证件的同时出具单位介绍信或其它有效证明。

1. Procedures on Delivery
The consignee should collect the consignment at the destination designated by the carrier. As far as live animals, perishables and the others that consignee required are concerned, carriers are responsible for informing the consignee to deliver in time.
Consignee should pick-up consignment by his/her valid document including ID card, driving license, residence booklet, provisional ID card, military / police officer card and the household register with photo . If the consignee entrusts someone to deliver consignment, the mandatary should show the relative valid documents mentioned at the airway bill. Delivery of the shipment will be made only to the consignee named on the airway bill, if name of company is written on the airway bill , consignee should show a Letter of Recommendation of company and his/her ID card in accordance with carrier and agent’s require.
