Our company and your company can not do business normally now due to some problems with goods before 2006. Our company has looked into this issue at several aspects. The financial relations of these goods have nothing to do with our company. Our company did not conclude and sign any purchase order regarding these goods, and it was not our company who placed order with your company.
Our company was just entrusted by your company to be your agent to do bonding and customs declaration. Our company did not have any legal responsibility on this issue. However, considering our company’s reputation abroad and also because this issue has already affected the import and export trading of our client (Britel), our company can sign an agreement with your company. The agreement content is roughly as below.
1. Our company will try best to promote your company’s sales in China.
2. Our company promises to pay your company $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 for the goods in the next 3 to 5 years.
The above are compromises our company made in order to solve this problem. Hope that your company can confirm as soon as possible so as to solve this problem quickly.
