The Low Pressure Chemical Dosing system consists of hydrazine dosing and Ammonia Dozing. Each dozing system complete with one solution preparation tank and metering tank, dozing pumps (2x100% capacity) with motors, actuators and all accessories including instrumentation, connected piping as required and all necessary relief/isolation/Non-return valves, strainers and fittings as required and specified (skid mounted) as detailed in the various sections of this specification. Each dozing system shall be provided with the following equipments and accessories.
Control panel or desk shall be provided for synchronizing, generator and generator transformer breaker control, OLTC control, generator field control along with annunciation, metering, indication etc. The synchronization panel will consist of 1 synchronoscope for 4 units. The mimic along with generator breaker switches and synchronization switches for 400 KV side of generator transformer shall be in central room for synchronization of generator. The location of the common synchronization panel for manual synchronization will be taken care during detailed engineering.
