1. Thaukyegat(2)水电站位于位于缅甸Bago省境内Sittaung河的支流Thaukyegat河中游河段，距省内北部重要城市Taungoo约21km，距离缅甸经济首都仰光约290km。
Thaukyegat(2)水电站装机容量120MW，3台机组，枢纽建筑物包括大坝、电站厂房和溢洪道。
缅甸亚洲世界公司（AWC）作为项目的招标人，现邀请你单位对Thaukyegat(2)水电站发电引水隧洞工程施工进行密封投标。
2、工程建设资金来源为业主资本金和银行贷款，这些资金将用于本合同项下的合格支付。
3、本次招标的合同项目为：
缅甸道耶坎二级水电站发电引水隧洞工程施工 (合同编号：00X/AWC/TYG/2008) 。
4、投标人资质和条件：
（1）投标人必须具有独立法人资格；及
（2）投标人应具有中国水利水电工程施工一级及以上资质，具有承担相应项目的施工经验及实施本项目的技术能力、施工经验、施工装备、技术人员和技术工人力量、质量保证能力和资信；及
（3）具有ISO9000系列质量体系认证证书和安全资格证书；及
（4）近五年内至少承建过一个同类工程；及
（5）财务状况良好。
（6）本次招标不接受联营体投标。
5、投标人不能作为其他投标人的分包人同时参加投标。
6、本次招标文件将于下述时间，在下述地址发售：北京

7、招标文件每套售价为300美元，以同样价格可以多购。购买招标文件的费用不予退还。购买招标文件者，须出示授权委托书及本人身份证。
8、投标文件应附一份符合招标文件规定格式的投标保证金。投标保证金金额20000美元。
投标保证金应以发包人为受款人并能向发包人支付。未附投标保证金的投标文件将作为不符合投标要求的投标文件处理。
9、投标人应于2008年 月 日缅甸时间上午10:00将投标文件按下面的地址递交到AWC，投标文件应面交。招标人将不接受早于这一时段递交的投标文件。超过投标截止时间的投标文件将不予接受。
10、投标文件将于2008年 月 日缅甸时间10:00时在同一地点公开开标。
11、上述日期与时间如有变动，将及时以书面形式通知投标人。

INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. Location of Thaukyegat(2) Hydropower Project
Thaukyegat(2) Hydropower Project is located at the middle reach of the Thaukyegat River, which is a tributary of the Sittaung River. It is in Bago Division and approximately 21 km East of Taungoo and 300 km fromYangon.
The project includes one main dam, three saddle dams, one gated spillway and one powerhouse. The powerhouse has 3 units and the total installed capacity is120MW.
The Asia World Co., Ltd, as the Tenderer for the project, invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of headrace tunnel of Thaukyegat (2) Hydropower Project.
2. The owner’s capital and bank loans are the source of funds for engineering construction and it is the main capital for payments under this Contract.
3. Scope of work for this contract:
Construction of Headrace Tunnel of Thaukyegat(2) Hydropower Project in Myanmar (Contract No.:(00X)/AWC/TYG/2008)
Mainly includes: civil engineering and associated temporary works.
4. Qualifications of Bidder:
(1) Bidder must be independent and legal organization;
(2) Bidder must possess the first class construction qualification of China in water resources and hydropower. He must have successful experience in similar constructions and technical capability, experience, equipments, technicians and labors, quality assurance capacity and credit for this project;
(3) Possess ISO9000 Certificate and safety qualified certificate;
(4) Have undertaken at least one similar construction in the latest five years;
(5) With sound financial status.
(6) Joint venture is not qualified for this tender.
5. Bidder shall not be the subcontractor of other bidders.
6. Bidding Documents will be available at the address and date as specified below.

7. Full set of Bidding Documents will be charged US $ 300. Several sets can be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of US $ 300. Person who purchases Bidding Documents shall show Power of Attorney and personal ID card.
8. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of US$ 20000 in the form as specified in Tendering Documents.
Tenderer shall be the payee of the Bid Security and the Bid Security must be payable. Bid without Bid Security accompanied will not be accepted.
9. Bid shall be hand-delivered at the address notified below at Myanmar time 10:00 am on dd/mm/2008. Early and late Bid will not be accepted.
10. Bid opening will be hold at the same place and at Myanmar time 10:00 am on dd/mm/2008..
11. In the event of changes in date and time, Bidders will be informed in writing without delay.
