C. Characteristics
1. The frame of screen body shall take channel steel of ［300×85×7.5 with the advantages of high intensity, stable and durable; and hoppers shall be welded by steel plates with thickness above 6mm with the advantages of well corrosion resistance performance, long service life and small distortion against rapping.
2. Suitable design of clearing door with the advantages of utility and reliable
(1) Screen mesh clearing doors at lower with two wider in middle (longer than screen mesh) and two smaller at upper and lower. The maintenance of screen mesh is very convenient by playing the screen mesh up and down during installment or dismantlement.
(2) The clearing door of upper and lower screen meshes shall take rubber plates with the advantages of small vibrating noise, novelty hinge design and convenient on-off.(3) The clearing door of lower screen mesh shall take rubber plate and in pressure-driven type with excellent sealing effect.
3. Selecting unique screen mesh to obtain optimal sifting effect
(1) The material of screen mesh shall be 304 with the advantages of corrosion resistance, material bonding resistance and long service life, which can be used for more than half a year under normal condition.
(2) The screen mesh takes slotted holes by imitating imported screen mesh from the U.S.A. to prevent particles from plugging the screen mesh.
(3) The screen mesh bottom shall take supporting net and receive blank holding together with screen mesh so that the blank holding will not slide to cause the screen mesh concave and form material storage phenomenon.
(4) Recommended dimensions of screen mesh are as following:
Upper ：a＝35mm b=4.0mm Φ1.5－1.6mm
Lower ：a＝35mm b=2.0mm Φ1.5－1.6mm
4. The correct erection of vibrating motor will highly increase the service lift of the screen mesh, and the suitable selection of motor power will not only save power but also be of benefit to maintenance.

The spent acid is injected through spray nozzles into the combustion chamber where the acid is decomposed to form sulfur dioxide, oxygen, and water vapor. During turndown conditions, strong acid is also injected through a spray nozzle into the combustion chamber. Any hydrocarbon present with the acid burns to form carbon dioxide and water vapor and supplies part of the heat required for the decomposition of acid and vaporization of water in the acid feed stream.
The combustion of H2S gas also supplies heat to the system and yields SO2 gas and water vapor. Any hydrocarbon present in the H2S gas has the same effect on the system as hydrocarbon in the spent acid feed stream. H2S gas supplied to the combustion chamber is fed into a burner nozzle.
The additional heat required to maintain the combustion chamber outlet temperature at 1,066 C is achieved by burning fuel gas. In addition, the required combustion air is preheated to reduce the gas volume that the plant must handle.
