招标文件仅构成招标方就招标项目向投标方发出之要约邀请，投标方应知道，招标方无意在招标阶段建立任何合约关系，直至书面通知有关的中标方；一旦中标方选定后，由招标方与中标方签订一年或多年的正式合同, 合同的前三个月为试用期, 中标方应穿戴招标方所指定的制服款式为招标方提供服务.
Bidding documents only compose of employer’ tender invitation concerning tender projects for tenderee, tenderee should know that, employ has no willing to build up any contract relationship during the biding period until inform relevant bidding winner by written; Once the bidding winner is chosen, the employer and the bidding winner would sign a formal contract lasting for one or several years, the first three months of contract implementing is the probationary stage. The bidder winner shall provide services to the tenderee, wearing the uniform with the style specified by the tenderee.
Neither Party may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the other Party’s prior written consent, except to (i) any corporation resulting from any merger, consolidation or other reorganization involving the assigning Party, and (ii) any entity to which the assigning Party may transfer all or substantially all of its assets; provided that the assignee agrees in writing to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement and provides documentation as evidence that the assignee has the ability and capability of meeting all of the obligations under this Agreement.
