1．2甲方亦全权授予乙方向各级法院、官方各有关当局及其职能机构投诉、举报、起诉任何侵犯和损害甲方拥有的在中华人民共和国境内的知识产权的行为，并代表甲方给有关当局采取的（行政、刑事、或民事）执法行动提供帮助。 |

Through amicable negotiation, Party A and Party B reach an agreement about issues of Party B providing Party A with Intellectual Property Protection services on the basis of mutual equality and voluntary attitude, the specific articles are as follows:
1. Services Content:
1.1 As the full-fledged representative of Party A, under the authorization from Party A, Party B provides the annual Intellectual Property Protection Service to Party A, according to relevant laws in People’s Republic of China, adopt necessary legal measures to prevent any infringing, counterfeiting or any other activity which infringes or damages the Intellectual Property Rights that Party A owned in PRC.
1.2 Party A authorizes Party B to complain, report and implead to courts of all levels, relevant official departments and operating divisions about any activities which infringe or damage the Intellectual Property Rights that Party A owned in PRC, meanwhile, represent Party A to give assistance to relevant authorities for their law enforcement actions (administration, criminal or civil action). |

She interprets the story of Beauty Xishi in the form of western grand opera, ingeniously finding a balance which complies with the aesthetics of Chinese audience, between the aesthetic value of east and west, traditional and modern;
She is the first piece of original work produced by the National Center for the Performing Arts, with the joint assistance from Shanghai Opera House;
Her coming into being is a joint effort by famous director Cao Qijing, playwright Zou Jingzhi, Composer Lei Lei, art director Huang Xiaoman, stage designer Huang Kaifu, and costume designer Han Chunqi, all of whom are first-class artists in China;
She attracts the world famous soprano Zhang Liping to play the leading actress Xishi, and assembles other most well-known domestic opera singers, such as Xu Xiaoying, Dai Yuqiang, Wei Song, Wu Bixia, Sun Li and etc. Being performed under the conduction of famous conductor Chen Zuohuang and Zhang Guoyong, she also gathers some big names from Shanghai Opera House to demonstrate their talents;
Legend has it that Xishi invented a type of dancing named “Xiangjiwu”. The dancers dance on the board spread on the urn, which unifies the sound of the steps and the figure of the dancer. Opera Xishi will exhibit the exquisite “Chinese tap dance” on the stage again, those aesthetic and romantic group dance would bring the audience back to the chaotic and wild Spring and Autumn Period, and an imaginative space which is filled with delightful music and beautiful dance.
