1 General
1.1 Field of application
This standard applies to central heating gas-fired boilers of type B11BS, hereafter referred to as
“boilers”:
- fitted with low pressure atmospheric burners
- that use gases corresponding to the three gas families
- that have a nominal heat input not exceeding 70 kW
- where the temperature of the heat carrier does not exceed 95 °C during normal operation;
- where the maximum water-side operating pressure does not exceed 6 MPa
This standard doesn’t apply to boilers:
- intended to be installed in the open
- having multiple heating units with a single draught diverter;
- with fan burners;
- of the condensing type;
- intended to be connected to a common flue having mechanical extraction;
- fitted with manual or automatic means of adjusting the air supply and/or adjusting the evacuation
of the combustion products;
- of the combination type (central heating and domestic hot water production)

1.3 Definitions and symbols
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply:
1.3.1 Test specifications
1.3.1.1 reference conditions: Environment temperature of 15 °С, atmospheric pressure 101,3 кPа.
1.3.1.2 standard conditions: Environment temperature 20 °С, atmospheric pressure 101,3 кPа.
1.3.2 Gases
1.3.2.1 Test gases (gases): Gases used to check operating characteristics of boilers using combustible
gases. Test gases subdivide on reference and limit gases:
- Reference gas: Test gas with set chemical composition, its parameters correspond to the most
abundant gases in gas supply, with which the boilers operate in nominal conditions.
- Limit gas: Test gas with set chemical composition, corresponding to extreme variation in the
characteristics of the gases capable of being used.
1.3.2.2 Calorific value QP : the quantity of heat produced by the combustion of unit volume or mass of
gas.
Units:
- Either megajoules per cubic metre of dry gas brought to reference conditions (МJ/m3);
- Or megajoules per kilogram of dry gas (MJ/kg).
Two types of calorific value are identified:
- Gross calorific value P
QB : the quantity of heat produced at complete combustion of a unit volume or
a mass unit of dry gas under normal conditions, water produced by combustion is taken to be condensed.
- Net calorific value PH
Q : the quantity of heat produced at complete combustion of a unit volume or a
mass unit of dry gas under normal conditions, water produced by combustion is taken to be in the vapour
state.
In this standard apply only the net calorific value.
1.3.2.3 Relative density ρ : the Ratio of the masses of equal volumes of dry gas and dry air under the
same conditions of temperature and pressure.
1.3.2.4 Wobbe index W: The ratio of the calorific value of a gas per unit volume and the square root of
its relative density under the same reference conditions. It characterizes a constancy of the heat flow
gained at gas. Wobbe index is said to be gross (Ws) or net (Wi) according to whether the calorific value
used is the gross or net calorific value. The Wobbe indices are expressed in megajoules per cubic metre
(МJ/м3).
1.3.2.5 Gas pressure: Static pressure of the moving gas, relative to the atmospheric pressure. Units:
kilopascal (кPа).
Pressure types:
Test pressure: Gas pressure used to check the operational characteristics of boilers Test pressures
comprise of nominal and limit pressures:
1) nominal pressure pn: the Static gas pressure corresponding to the boiler's nominal heat input when
supplied with the corresponding reference gas
2) limit pressure: Pressures representative of the extreme conditions of the boilers.
symbols: pmax - maximum pressure; pmin - minimum pressure.
difference that exists between the Wobbe indices within a single gas family or group:
- the highest pressure corresponds only to the low Wobbe index gases,
- the lowest pressure corresponds to the high Wobbe index gases.
1.3.3 Constituent parts of the boiler
1.3.3.1 Gas supply:
- Gas inlet connection: the Part of the boiler intended to e connected to the gas supply.
- Gas circuit: Parts of the boiler that carry or contain the combustible gas between the boiler gas inlet
connection and the burner(s).
- Restrictor: a device with one or more orifices, which is placed in the as circuit so as to create a
pressure drop and thus bring the gas pressure at the burner to a predetermined value for a given supply
pressure and given rate.
- Injector: a component that admits gas into the burner
- Gas rate adjuster: a component allowing the gas rate of the burner to be brought to a predetermined
value according to the supply conditions. The action of operating this component is called “adjustment of
the gas rate”
- Range-rating device: a component intended to be used to adjust the nominal heat input of the boiler,
within the range of maximum and minimum heat inputs stated by the manufacturer, to suit the actual heat
requirements of the installation
- Primary aeration adjuster: a component enabling aeration of a burner to be set to the desired value
according to the supply conditions.
The action of operating this component is called “primary aeration adjustment”
a) main burner: a burner in which one all fuel or its main part.
b) ignition device: device intended for an ignition of the burner.
c) manual ignition device: a device by means of which the burner is ignited following manual
intervention
d) automatic ignition device: an automatic device which ignites the pilot burner or the main burner
directly
e) pilot burner: a burner intended to ignite the main burner.
Types of pilot burners:
1) permanent pilot burner: The pilot burner operates continuously throughout the whole period that
the boiler is in use
2) intermittent pilot burner: Pilot burner that is ignited before and extinguished at the same time as
the main burner.
3) alternating pilot burner: A pilot burner that is extinguished as soon as ignition of the main burner
is effected. It re-ignites at the main burner flame just before the latter goes out.
4) interrupted pilot burner: A pilot burner that operates only during the ignition sequence.
1.3.3.2 Combustion products circuit
Circuit consists in the combustion chamber, the heat exchanger and the circuit permitting evacuation
of the combustion products to the flue, up to and including the flue outlet, combustion products discharge
safety device and draught diverter:
- combustion chamber: an enclosure inside which combustion of the air-gas mixture takes place
- flue outlet: the part of the boiler through which the combustion products are evacuated to the flue
system
- draught diverter: a device, placed in the combustion products circuit of a boiler, that is intended
to maintain the quality of combustion within certain limits and to keep the combustion stable under
certain conditions of updraught and down draught
- combustion products discharge safety device: a device that at least causes safety shutdown of the
main burner when there is an unacceptable spillage of combustion products at the draught diverter
1.3.3.3 Adjustment devices, controls and guards:
- pressure regulator: A device which maintains the downstream pressure constant to within fixed
limits independent of variations, within a given range, of the upstream pressure and the gas rate. |

1. 3定义与标志

1.3.2燃气
1.3.2.1测试燃气(燃气):用以检测使用可燃烧气体的锅炉的运行性能的燃气。测试燃气又分参比燃气及极限燃气:
-参比燃气:此种测试燃气有固定的化学成分,其变量与锅炉在标准条件中运行时的气体供应的最大量相对应的。
-极限燃气:此种测试燃气有固定的化学成分,与可使用的燃气的性能的极端变量相对应。
1.3.2.2热值QP:由单位体积或单位质量的燃气燃烧产生的热量。
单位:
-参比条件下每立方米兆焦耳的干气体 (МJ/m3);
-或每千克兆焦耳干气体(MJ/kg)。
两种热值的确定:
-总热值QP/B:标准条件下每体积单位或每质量单位的干气体在完全燃烧时产生的热量,燃烧产生的水视作凝固;
-净热值QP/H: 标准条件下每体积单位或每质量单位的干气体在完全燃烧时产生的热量,燃烧产生的水视作蒸气。
此标准只采用净热值。
1.3.2.3相对密度ρ:相同温度及压力条件下等体积的干气体及干空气的质量比例。
1.3.2.4沃泊指数W:在相同参比条件下,每单位体积燃气的热值与其相对密度的平方根的比
例。用来定义气体中热流量的恒定性。根据所使用热值是总热值(Ws)还是净热值(Wi),将沃泊指数分为总沃泊指数和净沃泊指数。沃泊指数用每立方米兆焦耳表示。(МJ/м3).
1.3.2.5燃气压力:游动燃气的静压与大气压的比值。单位: 千帕斯卡(кPа).
压力类型:
测试压力:此种燃气压力用以检测锅炉的运行性能。测试压力分为标准压力和极限压力。
1) 标准压力pn:在相应参比燃气供应时,静气压与锅炉的标称输入热量的比值;
2) 极限压力:表示锅炉在极限条件下的压力。
标志:pmax-最大压力;pmin-最小压力。
压力耦合:由于每一类或每一族燃气体的沃泊指数存在着显著的不同,所以结合使用两种不同的气体分布压:
- 只与低沃泊指数的燃气相应的最高压力;
- 与高沃泊指数的燃气相应的最低压力。
1.3.3锅炉的组成成分:
1.3.3.1燃气供应:
- 燃气入口连接: 锅炉中用以连接燃气供应的部分;
- 燃气回路:锅炉中,用于在锅炉燃气入口连接与燃烧器之间传送和容纳可燃烧气体的部分。
- 节流器:此设备置于燃气回路中,有一个或多个口,用于制造压降,从而为预定的供应压力和预定的比例值将燃烧器中的气压控制在预设值。
- 喷射器:将气体输送入燃烧器的元件。
- 燃气速率调节器:此调节器根据供应条件将燃烧器中的燃气速率控制在预定值。
- 速率范围调节器:用于调节燃烧器中的标称热量输入,使其控制在制造商设定的最大值和最小值之间,从而使其符合设备的实际热量要求。
- 初级曝气调节器:此元件根据供应条件将燃烧气中的曝气设定在期望值。
该元件的操作称为“初级曝气调节”。
a) 主燃烧器:使用所有燃料的燃烧器或其主要部分.
b) 点火装备:用于燃烧器点火的装备。
c) 手动点火装备:需用手动操作以使燃烧器点火的的装备。
d) 自动点为装备:可直接使导燃器或主燃烧器点火的自动装备。
e) 导燃器:用以使主燃烧器点火的燃烧器。
导燃器的类型:
持续性导燃器:在燃烧器整个使用期间都持续运作的导燃器。
间歇式导燃器:先于主燃烧器点火,并与主燃烧器同时熄灭的导燃器。
交替式导燃器:主燃烧器点火一产生便熄灭的导燃器,在主燃烧器熄灭前用主燃烧器火焰重新点火。
间断式导燃器:只在点火存续期运作的导燃器。
1.3.3.2燃烧产物回路
燃烧器回路设于燃烧室,换热器内,将燃烧产物清除至管道中,送至管道出口(包括管
道出口),燃烧产物清除安全装备及排风罩。
- 燃烧室:空气与燃气混合物燃烧的封闭室。
- 管道出口:锅炉的一部分,燃烧产物通过管道出口清除至管道系统。
- 排风罩:处于锅炉的燃烧产物回路中的一个设备,用于将燃烧质量保持在一定范围
内,并在一定的上排风及倒排风情况下使燃烧保持稳定。
燃烧产物清除安全装备:当有燃烧产物溢出排风罩时(这是不允许发生的),此装备能起码保证主燃烧器安全熄灭。
1.3.3.3调节装备,控制器及防护器
压力调节器:此调节器使下游压力保持在固定范围,不改变,使上游压力及燃气速率保持在预定范围内
