为了打造“中国块菌之乡”这一继钒钛之都之后又一张国际名片的品牌和加快农业产业化进程，为攀枝花市农民开辟新的致富增收途径，我公司决定发展攀枝花市块菌产业和玉米产业。公司于2008年取得23000亩林地，建立块菌种植基地和中药材种植基地。2009年公司将在全市范围建设万亩“甜糯玉米”种植基地，带动农民生产，大力推动“甜糯玉米”的种植。目前川云块菌产业项目和川云鲜食甜糯玉米产业项目已获得攀枝花市发改委的立项批准。川云块菌产业项目建设内容包含：块菌菌根苗研发基地，欧洲块菌精品园，大树块菌快繁园，块菌产品综合开发加工厂等，项目总投资8600万元；川云鲜食甜糯玉米产业项目建设内容包含：农业种苗培育实验室，甜玉米饮料加工厂、玉米秸秆加工厂和甜糯玉米种植基地，项目总投资10200万元。四川农业大学和四川省林业科学研究院为公司项目建设提供全程技术支持。上述两个项目的仓储加工及冷链物流基地选址位于仁和区南山循环经济发展区橄榄坪地块，占地约40亩，公司已经和仁和区南山管委会签订了供地协议。项目是市里发展攀西特色生物资源的生态保护重点项目，项目建设能达到保护宝贵的生态资源、防止水土流失及保护环境的作用 |

Panzhihua was once titled “The capital of Vanadium &Titanium”, and now in order to strengthen another brand “Truffle town in China”, our company decided to open up truffle and corn industry, with a view to promote agricultural industrialization process and even more to make the way to enrich farmers’ income in Panzhihua. In 2008, our company gained 23,000 acres of woodland to build the truffle and Chinese medicinal plants planting base. In 2009, our company will lead farmers to take productive jobs, thus to develop rapidly on planting sweet glutinous corns. The industrial project of truffle involves the establishment of many parts, including the research and develop base for mycorrhizal seedling of truffle, area for great truffle from Euro, quick-breeding area for truffle on root of big tree, and factory for extensively exploiting and processing of truffle products and so on. The truffle project was totally invested RMB86 million Yuan. Meanwhile, the industrial project of sweet glutinous corn will be invested at RMB102 million Yuan, and it contains lab for germchit Breeding and Cultivation, processing factory for sweet corn drink and maize straw, and planting base for sweet glutinous corns. For a better technical support, we developed a strategic relationship with Sichuan Agricultural University and Sichuan Academy of Forestry. The storage and processing site of the above two projects is located in Ganlan Plain, Nanshan Circular Economy Development Zone, Renhe District, covering an area of about 40 acres. Our company signed the agreement for land with management committee of Nanshan, Renhe District. The project is the main project for environment protection of special biological resources in Panzhihua-xichang area, which is planed by Panzhihua municipal government.The project construction was used to protect the precious ecological resources and prevent water loss and soil erosion. |
