1 刷卡管理
1.1 公司实行电子门禁刷卡制度。员工应于每日上、下班及当日工作时间内每次离开和返回办公室时刷卡,每天第一次及最后一次的刷卡时间将自动记录为员工当日上、下班的时间。工作地点未安装门禁系统的,以手工填写《考勤登记表》代替。
1.2 因员工自身原因造成当天刷卡记录不完整,而又没有及时获得部门经理特别确认其出勤情况的,视为忘刷卡。
1.3 因刷卡机或门卡故障,造成刷卡不成功时,员工应及时通知人力资源部跟进处理,并到前台填写《考勤登记表》。未及时办理者,视为忘刷卡。
1.4 严禁发生代刷卡行为,如有发现,将按严重违纪处理。
1.5 为保障公司财产及员工物品的安全,有效管理进出办公室的非公司人员,员工于上班时间内应自觉佩戴门卡,严禁借用他人门卡的行为。

Attendance card management
1.1 The company carries out a system of e-gate card registration prohibition.
Every staff of company should check in with his/her attendance card at card machine before going to work or getting off work every day, and every leaving or returning of office at working hours. The first and last time of card registration in a working day will automatically be recorded as staffs’ working hours. If there is not a gate control system installed at place of work, the staff should fill out the Attendance Registration Form instead.
1.2 Due to his/her own reason that the card records of the day is incomplete,and in particular he or she having not timely access to department managers to confirm his/her attendance, the situation like this will be recognized as a card-registering forgetting.
1.3 Due to the failure of card machine or card itself, so that the card registration is invalid; under this circumstance, the employee should promptly notify the Human Resources Department to take follow-up action, and fill out the Attendance Registration Form with the front desk clerk. If delayed, it will be recognized as a card-registering forgetting.
1.4 Making card registering by other not oneself is strictly prohibited and, if found, the violator will be dealt with seriously.
1.5 In order to protect company property and safety of staffs’ item, and conduct effective management of personnel ( not belonging to our company) leaving or entering into office, every employee should wear the door card in working hours consciously. Lending the door card to someone else is strictly prohibited.
