CBJ系列重量选别机由送物输送机、检重平台、剔除输送机和电气控制部分组成。在停机状态,检重平台可称重;在启动状态下,由光电传感器来控制物料的剔除动作。当物料由送物输送机送入运动检重平台时,由平台下安装的称重传感器和称重控制器进行称重信号的处理,同时在人机界面上显示物料的重量并根据上下限值的设定来判断物料是否合格和对物料的剔除进行判断操作。由光电传感器检测到物体后,当称重物料超过称重范围时,剔除机构自动将不合格物料剔除.
启动工作前,重量选别机应设置重量检测的参数,以保证物料检测的精度.
重量选别机工作时需电源电压相对稳定。
建议:分选机工作前预热20分钟时间。
重量选别机的标定操作在称重误差较大时,要进行重新标定。

2. Operating principle
CBJ series weight checker is composed of delivery conveyor, weight checking platform, rejection conveyor and electric control. In stop state, the weight checking platform can weigh; and in start state, the rejection action of material is controlled by photoelectric sensor. When the material is fed to the moving weight checking platform by the delivery conveyor, the weighing sensor and weighing controller installed under the platform process the weighing signal, display the material weight on the man-machine interface and judge if the material is acceptable and execute judgment action on the material rejection according to the set upper and lower limits. After the photoelectric sensor detects the object, when the weighing material exceeds the weighing range, the rejection mechanism automatically rejects the unacceptable material.
Before startup, the weight detection parameter should be set on the weight checker so as to ensure material detection accuracy.
The supply voltage is required to be relatively stable when the weight checker is working.
Suggestion: the checker should be warmed up for 20 minutes before it works.
When the weighing error is relatively big, the weight checker should be re-calibrated.

根据本工程特点,施工组织设计总体策划按四个阶段考虑:
1) 施工准备阶段:
本工程属于设计-施工一体化,因此在施工准备阶段我公司要与业主、项目管理公司等对临时设施的设计图纸和方案进行确认。只有业主批准了我公司的设计后,方可进行施工。
2) 场平整理施工阶段:
根据业主批准的整体布置方案,对场地进行场平整理,使现场能够达到初步施工的条件。.为了保证总体进度计划按时完成,各项设施施工和各分项工程要进行穿插作业。
3) 各项设施施工阶段:
本阶段按照业主批准的设计图纸和设计方案进行实施。
4) 验收阶段
对各设施完工后,要进行系统的验收检查。
2.2 工程施工总进度控制计划:
为了保证各分部、分项工程均有相对充裕的时间保证工程施工和施工质量,编制工程施工进度总控计划时,要明确各阶段的目标时间,阶段目标时间不能更改。施工设备、资金、劳动力在满足阶段目标的前提下进行配备。
2.3 施工进度计划
按照招标文件的开竣工日期要求,结合本公司的实际施工经验,根据承包施工内容,确定总的开竣工日期为2009年8月20日开工,2009年9月10日完工,详见施工进度计划附表。
2.4 施工总体部署

Chapter 2 Overall plans and planning for construction organization design
2.1 Overall plan of construction organization design
According to features of this engineering, the overall plan of construction organization design is considered by 4 stages:
1) Construction preparation stage:
The design and construction of this engineering are integrated, therefore, during the construction preparation period; our company will confirm the design drawing and scheme of the temporary facilities to the owner and project management company. The construction can be allowed only after the owner approves our design.
2) Construction stage for leveling site:
According to the overall arrangement scheme approved by the owner, level the site, allowing the site to achieve the conditions for preliminary construction.
3) Construction stage for each facility:

Do you like human resources (HR) work?
I always question myself in this regard.My major is civil engineering. After graduation, I was assigned to engage in management work in my university, and then I even planned to pursue the master degree. At that time, I didn’t have a clear idea on HR. When I worked at that university, I was told that Tong Zhenhai seems to get along well with others; he can deal with some problems given rise to among people properly. Also, I got the appraisal of good affinity from my colleagues. As a matter of fact, I also had the feeling that I'm more suitable for HR, pursuing the master degree of this subject. As for HR work, actually, the actual work is somewhat different from what I imaged , because HR work is a very trivial and heavy one, moreover, sometimes, I have to encourage myself in my mind. Why? Because exploiting HR always stands at its position as T2, serving as a support department in any enterprise, but T1 departments may go to those just like production, research and development, sales and marketing. Sometimes, you would think that leaders have a higher opinion of them, but ignore you.. Once upon a time, I also asked myself whether I choose a right road for myself, but I later found the fact that company staff engaging in HR do not get high opinion is very common. However, if you always complain your general manager doesn’t consult with you even with respect to matters involving the department you are in charge, that just indicates you don't attract his attention and he doesn't think your assistance is available. Sometimes, intending to know the operation of company at several respects such as situation about production and sales order etc., you should do some things voluntarily such as voluntary participation in company’s meeting not involving your department. By doing so you can win the opportunity to involve yourself in the business. However, you'd better not scramble for power and honor, because that will annoy your general manager and managers of other departments. In my company, the production meeting and morning meeting do not involve me, but I still send an e-mail voluntarily to take part in the meetings. Actually, there maybe nothing for me for the whole morning, but at the end of the meeting, the person in charge sometimes may put forth some things related with me, requiring my assistance and solution, at that time, I know the production is very busy, the orders are heavy or problems come equipment and so on. When they are very busy and orders are heavy, I will shift the work schedule, when they are fairly relax and free time of person in charge and staff are available, we will arrange some trainings, activities and assessments, which is conducive to our work. There is another point, i.e., you can voluntarily collect some data regarding the staff to leave office, satisfaction degree of staff to salary and bonus, and collect information about staff’s complaints on training frequency or no high opinion in the workshop. After collecting those data, you should analyze them, conclude a result, determine existing problems and give your reasons through some charts and figures. Based on that, I will suggest our company how to deal with problems, some of which need to be solved by HR department and some by person in charge of production. After HR department takes part in and finishes those well, among general manager and other departments will hold the view that you are not the one tending to poke fingers into everything, if any problem comes, you may assist in solving it, but not avoid it, or when company has no idea on the seriousness of any discovered problem and how to solve it, you evaluate that and tell company how to deal with, and even you help to do some work for the company. If you provide your assistance for your company, then you will have a higher opinion. ?How do you think the leadership art of HR? The leadership art should be concluded into several available principles. As for their utilization, it varies from individual style. Firstly and most importantly, respect for others from the deep of your heart and communicate with others. A s for other factors such as tough style or soft style as well as solutions, they are not important. If you don’t respect for others from the bottom of your heart, including managers of other department and on-site workers, you will act inconsiderately, and think about problems just from your own perspective. That will result in contradictions between others and you, and whatever you say, they will disagree. In fact, they don’t intend to act in opposition to you, but from the deep of their heart, they found what you do infringes their interests or contradicts with their views. In a word, you’d better respect for them sincerely and you can't work with them well unless thinking about problems standing at their perspective. In addition, you should communicate with them not just through e-mail. Due to the distortion of e-mail, your original meaning maybe changed when receiver reads, then he writes in back angrily. Both of you may intend to discuss some problem, but through the e-mail-based communication, your discussion will be written with smell of gunpowder. In my opinion, e-mail is better served as efficient notice, but not a good communication way, or it can be used to prove what has happened. So-called communication shall be achieved in a face-to-face manner or through phone at least. Therefore, I think wholehearted respect for others and communication with others are of most and utmost importance for leadership art as well as other aspects.

甲方: 广州联穗能源供应有限公司
乙方: 广州开发区中穗燃气有限公司
甲、乙双方经多次友好协商,就甲方与乙方建立长期的液化石油气供需合作关系达成一致意见,特签订如下合同并共同遵守:
第一条液化石油气的供应方式
一 前期乙方采用车辆运输的形式,负责将甲方所需液化石油气依照甲方的需求保质保量安全地送至广州开发区规划六路甲方三十万吨气化站内,运输费由甲方负责。
二 待采用液相管线输送液化石油气的条件成熟后,由甲方出资铺设并管理由广州石化液化石油气储罐区至甲方位于广州开发区规划六路的三十万吨气化站内的液相管线,同时由乙方负责在广州石化液化气罐区内建立为甲方供应液化石油气专用泵站,并派专人负责协调和管理,以管道输送方式将液化石油气供应给甲方。
第二条 液化石油气技术标准
乙方向甲方所供应的液化石油气的质量按照中华人民共和国(11174.1997)的标准执行外,尚按照双方商定的以下技术参数执行:
车辆运输以乙方的出厂合格证为准,若甲方有疑问,以双方认定的有检测资质的第三方检测报告为准;
液相管线输送以甲乙双方管道接驳点上取样检定为准
含硫量:
标准热值:
乙方当期向甲方所供应的液化石油气的热值达到标准热值(26000/)的部分不低于98%。
第三条 液化石油气供应
一 合同有效期内,甲方所需液化石油气原则上由乙方独家供应(用于纯贸易的液化石油气采购除外)。
二 合同有效期内,乙方保证按甲方实际需求量及时按质按量足量供应给甲方。
三 合同有效期内,如乙方无法满足甲方用气量和质量要求,经甲乙双方协商一致,甲方可另行采购液化石油气;若无法协商一致,提交广州仲裁委员会,双方受仲裁结果约束。

车辆运输液化石油气的计量以在乙方装车站内磅秤所计量的数据为依据,甲方气化站内卸车磅秤所计量的数据为参考,若双方数据差距超过3‰,则请双方认定的计量监督单位核查双方计量设备,若发生计量数据大于双方认定的计量监督单位核实的数据,乙方退回在此期间超收的货款;若发生计量数据小于双方认定的计量监督单位核实的数据,甲方补回在此期间少收的货款。二 液相输送液化石油气的计量
1 甲乙方结算用气量以计量表实际显示计量数据为计算唯一标准。
2 每日由双方的当班操作人员共同现场确认并抄录计量站管道液化石油气计量表读数。
3 双方约定每月26日上午6:00(时间为北京时间,下同)共同派计量管理人员抄录计量表读数。本月读数与上月读数之差将被用作计算当期(由上月26日上午6:00起至本月26日上午6:00止)的用气量。
4 因工程需要或其他原因而致管道液化石油气计量表停止运行,或者管道液化石油气并未经过计量表计量而直接供应给甲方,则该阶段的用气量由双方协商确定。
5 任何时刻发现管道液化石油气计量表停止运行或读数误差超过国家标准,则由双方共同确定该表停止记录或产生读数超标误差的起始时间及相应的用气量。,,.
三 管道液化石油气流量计的管理
1 液相输送液化石油气质量流量计建立在乙方6号罐区内双方确认的位置上,由甲乙双方共同管理。-,.
2 计量站内任何设备、设施的改动必须经甲乙双方同意方能实施;与计量有关的设备维修、调试、保养,双方计量管理人员必须在场。;,.
3 计量站内液化石油气管道输送专用计量表由甲方提供,甲乙双方共同选型,只选型号计量表必须符合国家制定计量标准和质量标准,并经国家认可的计量技术监督部门检定合格并加铅封后方可使用。.,..
4 甲乙双方的任何一方均不得单独擅自改动管道计量表的连接、私自更动和操作计量表、伪造或启动计量袭铅封、以及采用其他方法使计量表计量不准确。,,.

第五条 液化石油气价格及计算方式
第六条 管道燃气用气费结算方式
一 结算周期定义
1 当期是指由上月26日上午6:00起至本月26日上午6:00止。
2 上期是指由前月26日上午6:00起至上月26日上午6:00止。
3 下期是指由当月26日上午6:起至下月26_午6;00止。
二 甲方于每月28日前将当期用气计划量通知乙方,乙方每月4目前将当期用气款预付通知书送达甲方(传真件可接受,原件后补),甲方收到用气款预付通知书后于每月10目前将用气预付款支付给乙方。28,4(,).10.双方同意甲方用气预付款按甲方月计划用气总负荷量的5%以及双方上月结算价计算预付用气预付款。
三 乙方每月26日上午按当期使用量开具当期液化石油气结算帐单(传真件可接受,原件后补),甲方于当月27日前核对并现金或银行票据形式足额付款,乙方在甲方结清款项后下一个工作日内根据实际结算金额开具增值税发票。年底按截至12月31日实际用气量结算。
四 上述所提及日期如遇到中国法定节假目,星期六则提前一天执行;星期日则延迟一天;如遇到长假期,靠前及中间则提前到长假期前一作日;靠后则延迟至长假期后一工作日。
第七条 对产品热值、质量的处理
一 甲乙双方经讨论确认后方可更改液化石油气的供气技术参数。.
二 乙方在每期液化石油气收费帐单附件中,向甲方提供液化石油气合格报告书。.若甲方对液化石油气的热值数有异议,可要求乙方测量甲方气化站缓冲罐的液化石油气的热值。,.若有异议,以双方认可的有资质的第三方监测机构检测的结果为准。,-.
三 若乙方所提供的液化石油气的热值低于双方约定的标准热值(大于26000/3),则甲方有权要求乙方采取有效措施提高所提供的液化石油气热值;若乙方所提供的液化石油气的热值低于25000/3,则按照低于25000/3的总热值折算成当期液化石油气的质量,在下期液化石油气收费帐单内扣除。
四 若乙方所提供的液化石油气未达到本合同规定的技术参数,视为不台格产品,若因此给方造成损失的,由乙方承担赔偿责任,赔偿金额及范围由甲乙双方协商决定。
五 甲方所供应的液化石油气中所含的易结焦成分或碳五成分或其他大比重成分超过液化石油气国家标准,由乙方采取有效措施进行回收。-5,.该部分易结焦成分或碳五成分或其他大比重成分的质量按当期乙方向甲方供货价格在下期液化石油气收费帐单内扣除。
六 若甲方对产品热值、产品质量有怀疑时,可阻书面形式通知乙方,乙方须于24小时内到现场审定,确认后委托双方认可第三方化验。如化验结果符合技术标准,化验费用由甲方负责;如化验结果不符合技术标准,化验费用由乙方负责。
第八条8 管道计量表的校验及误差核算
管道计量表在使用过程中,应根据该种型号计量表的国家检定标准及检定期限进行检定,该检定由国家认可的技术监督部门进行,其费用由乙方承担。
一 若甲方对计量表的读数误差有怀疑时,可以书面形式通知乙方,乙方须于24小时内到现场审定,确认后由乙方送国家认可的技术监督部门修校和检验。检验合格后,方可继续使用。
1 如计量表误差在国家规定的范围(注:为±1%,下同。参照:国标/17167--1997《企业能源计量器具配备和管理导则》)内,则实际发生装拆费用和校验费由甲方承担;
2 如误差超出国家标准规定的范围,由技术监督部门判明造成该误差的原因,经甲乙双方协商确认,确为乙方原因而导致的,则实际发生装拆费用和校验费由乙方承担;否则实际发生装拆费用和校验费由甲方承担.
3 如误差超出国家标准规定范围,并由技术监督部门判明造成该误差的原因,甲乙双方以此为依据协商解决在修校前由于此误差所造成的管道燃气费用不实的退还或补缴事宣。二 若乙方对计量表的读数误差有怀疑时,可通知甲方到现场审定,确认后送国家认可的技术监督部门修校和检验。检验合格后,方可继续使用。.

Supply contract of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
Party A: Guangzhou Liansui Energy Supply Co., Ltd.
Party B: Zhongsui Gas Co., Ltd. of Guangzhou Development Zone
Through friendly consultation, Party A and Party B agree on the establishment of long-term supply and demand of LPG, and the contract as below is made between parties hereof for observations by both parties:
Article 1 Method of supplying the liquefied petroleum gas
I In the early stage, Party B shall, under the condition that both quality and quantity are guaranteed, use the vehicle to safely deliver LPG required by Party A as the demand of Party A to the 300,000-ton vaporizing station of Party A located at the Guihua road 6 in the Guangzhou development zone, and Party A shall bear the transportation expenses.
II After the condition for transportation of LPG in the liquid-phase pipeline becomes mature, Party A shall contribute the fund to lay and manage the liquid-phase pipeline from LPG storage tank zone of Guangzhou Petroleum & Chemical to the 300,000-ton vaporizing station located at the Guihua road 6 in the Guangzhou development zone, in the meantime, Party B assume the responsibility to establish a pumping station special for supplying the LPG in the LPG storage tank zone, and assign for a special person to take charge of coordination and management to supply LPG to Party A by means of pipeline transportation.
Article 2 Technical standard for LPG
The quality of LPG supplied to Party A by Party B shall be executed in accordance with the standard (GB11174.1997) of People’s Republic of China, and besides that, the quality shall also be executed as the following technical parameters decided by both parties:
The vehicle transportation shall be in accordance with the certificate of conformity, and if there is any question from Party A, the inspection report from the third party having the inspection qualification and acknowledged by both parties shall govern:
The criterion for liquid-phase pipeline transportation is verifying the sample taken on the connection points of pipelines of both parties.
Sulphur content:
Standard calorific value:
The calorific value of not less than 98% of the total LPG supplied to Party A by Party B in the current period shall reach the standard calorific value (26000Kcal/Nm).
Article 3 Supply of LPG
I Within the contract life, LPG needed by Party A shall be supplied by Party B exclusively in principle (except for purchasing LPG only for trade).
II Within the contract life, Party B guarantees that the LPG of full capacity will be supplied to Party A in accordance with the actual demands and in conformity with the quality and quantity.
III Within the contract life, in the case that Party B is unable to meet the gas volume and quality requirements of Party A, Party A has the right to purchase otherwise LPG through friendly consultation of both parties hereof; if no agreement can be reached between both parties through friendly consultations, submit it to Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration, and the arbitration results are binding on both parties hereof.
Article 4 LPG metering
I Metering vehicle-based LPG
Metering vehicle-based LPG shall be on the merits of data to be obtained by metering on the platform scale within LPG loading station of Party B, and shall be referenced to the data to be obtained by metering on the unloading platform scale within the vaporizing station of Party A. In the case that there is a difference by more than 3‰ between data of Party A and that of Party B, request the metering supervision authority acknowledged by both parties to check the metering equipments of both parties, if the metering data is bigger than the data that is verified by the authority, Party B shall return the payments that are overcharged during that period; and if the metering data is smaller than the data that is verified by the authority, Party A shall pay the undercollected payments during that period.
II Metering LPG of liquid-phase transportation
1 The criterion for settlement between Party A and Party B shall only be the metering data displayed in the meter.
2 Each day, the on-duty operator of both parties shall confirm and write down the reading of meter of LPG in metering station on the site.
3 Both parties agree to assign the metering management personnel to write down the reading of meter at 6:00am on 26 of each month (the time is Beijing time, and the same below).The difference between the reading of this month and that of last month (starting from 6:00am on 26 of last month and ending at 6:00am on 26 of this month) is used to calculate the gas volume for current period.
4 In the case that the LPG meter stops running owing to the needs of engineering or other reasons, or in the event that the LPG is directly supplied to Party A without metering, the gas volume for this period shall be determined through consultations of both parties.
5 If the meter stops running at any time or the error of reading exceeds the state standard, both parties shall determine the starting time at which the meter stops recording or the error of reading exceeds the standard, and the corresponding gas volume.
III Management of LPG flow meter
1 The mass flow meter for LPG of liquid-phase transportation is established on the position by both parties within the storage tank zone 6 of Party B, and the management of the flow meter is the responsibility of both parties.
2 Any equipment and facilities within the metering station cannot be changed until the approval from both parties is obtained; and metering management personnel of both parties must be present at the occasions of repair, commissioning and maintenance of equipment related with metering.
3 Meter special for LPG pipeline transportation within the metering station shall be supplied by Party A. The model of this meter shall be selected both by Party A and Party B, and model of selected meter must be in accordance with the metering standard and quality standard formulated by the state. The meter cannot be put into operation before it is examined and proved to be qualified by the supervision department of metering technology acknowledged by the state and stamped with the lead seal.
4 Any party of both parties hereof is prohibited to change the connection of pipeline meter at will, relocate and operate the meter without approval, forge or open the lead seam and make the metering incorrect by other means.
5 Periodic test of flow meter shall be the responsibility of Party B.
Article 5 Price of LPG and calculating method
Article 6 Settlement method for expense of pipeline gas
I Definition of settlement cycle
1 The current period means the period from 6:00 am on 26 of the last month to 6:00 am on 26 of this month.
2 The last period means the period from 6:00 am on 26 of the previous month to 6:00 am on 26 of the last month.
3 The next period means the period from 6:00 am on 26 of that month to 6:00 am on 26 of the next month.
II Party A shall notify Party B of the planned gas volume for the current period prior to 28 pf each month, and Party B shall send the advance notice for gas expense for the current period prior to 4 of each month (fax also available, and the original to be handed retroactively). Party A shall pay Party B the advance of gas expense prior to 10 of each month after the notice is received. Both parties agree that Party A shall pay the advance at the settlement price for the last month of both parties and by 5% of the total loading capacity of the planned gas volume of Party A each month.
III Party B shall issue the LPG settlement bill for the current period at the gas volume in the current period on the morning of 26 of each month (fax also available, and the original to be handed retroactively). Party A shall, prior to 27 of that month, check the bill and make full payment in cash or bank bill, and Party B shall issue the added-value invoice as per the actual balance on the next business day after Party A makes full payment. At the end of the year, make settlement as per the actual volume of gas that has been used up to 31 of December.
IV In the case that the date as mentioned above is the public holiday of China or Saturday, make settlement ahead of one day; in case of Sunday, delay one day; in case of long public holiday, and if the date is prior to it or in the holiday, make settlement ahead of one business day prior to the long public holiday; and if the date lags behind the holiday, make the settlement on the business day following the holiday.
Article 7 Calorific value and quality treatment of product
I The technical parameter for LPG supply can be modified only after it is determined by both parties through discussions.
II Party b shall provide the certificate report of LPG to Party A in the annex of LPG bill for each period. If Party A raises objections regarding to the calorific value of LPG, request Party A to measure the calorific value of LPG in the buffer tank of vaporizing station of Party A. If there is any dissent, the inspection results from the third-party inspection authority having the inspection qualification and acknowledged by both parties shall govern.
III In the case that the calorific value of LPG supplied by Party B is less than the standard one (being larger than 26,000Kcal/Nm3) agreed by both parties, Party A is entitled to request Party B to take effective measures to raise the LPG calorific value; in the case that the calorific value of LPG supplied by Party B is less than 25000Kcal/Nm3, convert the total calorific value less than 25000Kcal/Nm3 into the mass of LPG for current period, and it is deducted in the bill of LPG for the next period.
IV In the event that the LPG supplied by Party B fails to reach the technical parameters stated in this contract, the LPG will be deemed as the unacceptable product, and in the case of losses of Party A due to the unacceptable LPG, Party B shall be obliged to compensate, while the compensation and its scope shall be determined through consultation of both parties.
V In the case that the easily-coking content or C5 content or other high percentage of contents contained in the LPG supplied by Party A exceed the state LPG standard, Party B shall take effective measures to recover. The mass of easily-coking content or C5 content or other high percentage of contents shall be deducted in the bill of LPG for the next period at the supply price for the current period.
VI If Party A makes doubt of the calorific value and quality of product, notify Party B in written form, and Party B shall go to the site for examination within 24 hours, and after the doubts are confirmed, entrust the third party which is acknowledged by both parties to make a chemical examination. If the results of chemical examination conform to the technical standard, Party A shall bear the examination cost; and if not, Party B shall bear.
Article 8 Calibration of pipeline meter and error verification
When the pipeline meter is used, request the supervision authority of technology acknowledged by the state to test it in accordance with the national testing standard for the meter of that model and the time limit of testing, and Party B shall bear the cost.
I If Party A makes doubt of the reading error of meter, notify Party B in written form, and Party B shall go to the site for examination within 24 hours, and after the doubts are confirmed, entrust the state-acknowledged supervision authority of technology to calibrate and test. The meter can be used only after it is acceptable.
1 If the error of meter falls into the scope stipulated by the state (Note: the scope is ±1%, and the same as below. Refer to: National standard GB/T 17167—1997--- Guides for Providing and Managing of the Measuring Instruments of Energy in Enterprise), the actual incurred cost of assembly and disassembly, and the cost of calibration are the responsibility of Party A;
2 If the error exceeds the scope stipulated by the state, request the supervision authority of technology judge the reason for error, and both parties confirm the reason through consultation, if the error is caused by Party B, the actual incurred cost of assembly and disassembly, and the cost of calibration are the responsibility of Party B; otherwise the actual incurred cost of assembly and disassembly, and the cost of calibration are the responsibility of Party A.
3 If the error exceeds the scope stipulated by the state, request the supervision authority of technology judge the reason for error, and both parties shall, on the basis of the judgment, solve matters of returning or paying the non-actual gas expense due to the error through consultation prior to calibration.
II If Party B makes doubt of the reading error of meter, notify Party A to go to the site for examination, and after the doubts are confirmed, send to the state-acknowledged supervision authority of technology to calibrate and test. The meter can be used only after it is acceptable.
1 If the error of meter falls into the scope stipulated by the state, the actual incurred cost of assembly and disassembly, and the cost of calibration is the responsibility of Party B;
