对行业风险进行全面、系统的分析与评级是一项技术难度大、涉及方面多的系统工程。国际上一些著名信用评级公司和商业银行在行业风险分析方面积累了丰富的经验，值得我们学习和借鉴，但不同国家在政治制度、经济体制、工业化所处的阶段以及社会文化等有很大的差异，行业风险的内涵及表现形式也有所差异。我国建设有中国特色的社会主义市场经济决定了我国的行业风险具有特定的内涵，因此，对于国际著名信用评级公司和发达国家商业银行在行业风险分析方面的经验和技术，只能借鉴，不能照搬。 |

Industry is a group consisting of enterprises which provide same or similar products and service. With same or similar operation and management and their replaceable products or service, enterprise members in same industry are in a tight relationship. The vicissitude and developing trend of Industry reflecting life condition and developing status of the whole enterprises in industry is one of important factors affecting enterprise’s credit risk.
The overall and systematic analyzing and rating for industrial risk is a systematic project, which requires very difficult technology and involves many factors. Some internationally-known credit rating companies and commercial banks accumulated abundant experiences on industrial risk analysis, which is worthy to be learnt and referred by us; however, different countries have obvious differences in many aspects such as political system, economic system, the phase of industrialization and social culture, and the connotation and presentation of industrial risk are also different. Socialist market economy with Chinese character determines specific connotation in industrial risk in our country; therefore, the experiences and technologies in industrial risk analysis from internationally-known credit rating companies and commercial banks in developed countries could be referred but not completely used. |

JAR 25.0203 Characteristics in High Incidence Manoeuvres

JAR 25.0203(a) Throughout manoeuvres with a rate of deceleration of not more than 1
knot per second, both in straight flight and in 30° banked turns, the
aeroplane's characteristics shall be as follows:
(1)There shall not be any abnormal nose-up pitching.
(2)There shall not be any uncommanded nose-down pitching, which
would be indicative of stall. However reasonable attitude changes
associated with stabilising the incidence at Alpha limit as the
longitudinal control reaches the stop would be acceptable.
(See Interpretative Material IM B-1 paragraph 8.3)
(3) There shall not be any uncommanded lateral or directional motion
and the pilot must retain good lateral and directional control, by
conventional use of the controls, throughout the manoeuvre.
(4)The aeroplane must not exhibit buffeting of a magnitude and
severity that would act as a deterrent from completing the
manoeuvre specified in JAR 25.0201(a)*. |

(1)不能有任何非正常倾斜起升。
(2)不能有任何非命令倾斜俯冲，这样的俯冲是失速的象征。但是当纵向控制到达停止时，合理的与迎角限制处稳定倾角的飞行姿势调整是可以接受的。（参阅解释材料IM-18.3)
(3)不能有任何非命令的横向活定向运动，在整个动作期间，飞行员必须使用常规方法保持对横向和定向良好的控制。
(4)飞机不能显示出有很重大和严重的振动，这样的振动可以阻止JAR 25.0201(a)*规定动作的完成。
