福州新闻网讯 元旦春节期间，台江区工商联认真贯彻落实区委和区委文明办关于开展结对帮扶活动的部署要求，开展、社会公益、光彩事业、扶贫济困活动，帮助贫困家庭解决节日生活中的实际困难，为构建和谐社会做出积极努力。
区工商联坚持完善扶贫济困机制。为确保帮扶工作落到实处，成立由区委常委、统战部部长程辉同志任组长，区委统战部、工商联、五个同业商会和区直有关部门以及社区的负责同志为成员的帮扶领导小组，为实施帮扶活动提供坚强有力的组织保证。同时，适时向区工商联会员企业、五个同业商会和广大非公经济人士印发“送温暖、献爱心”倡议书，并通过一系列引导宣传活动，激发广大会员捐赠热情。
区工商联坚持实行领导包一片、科级包一户、骨干包一组、会员包一人和商会包一点的“五个一”帮扶方式。引导发动各同业公会和民营企业家，向台江区街道、社区、孤儿院、市儿童福利院等社会弱势群体捐款捐物达6.26万元有力推动公益光彩事业的发展；区工商联领导干部开展结对子帮扶活动，前往宁化街道宁化新村慰问低保户、困难户2户，并送上节日慰问金；区工商联陈居根主席现场慰问10个社区特困、低保户52人，并上门走访慰问新港街道、洋中街道医疗扶助户，送上慰问金和节日慰问品；区工商联常委、鞋业同业公会副会长林英走访慰问茶亭街道50户社区贫困户，并送上慰问金，为构建和谐社会贡献力量。
区工商联坚持把开展希望工程和结对助学共建活动与建设文明单位和加强会务建设结合起来，抓紧抓实抓好。两节期间，区工商联根据帮扶协议，上门走访帮扶对子，为文明单位结对的后洲街道天华社区的贫困孤儿送上慰问金；鞋业同业公会副会长林英为福州福利院的残疾儿童送上新童鞋；区工商联副主席林本沈为扶贫挂钩的连江小沧畲族乡贫困学生送上助学慰问金。
民营企业家们以实际行动，奉献爱心，回报社会，展现文明风采，收到良好实效，得到有关部门领导和社会各界的好评。（市工商联）

Taijiang Federation Of Industry and Commerce Union In Fuzhou Received Remarkable Result From Their Effort To Carry Out The One-to-one Assistance Activity
During the New Year`s Day and The Spring Festival, Taijiang Federation Of Industry and Commerce made great effort to implement the requirement on carrying out One-To-One Assistance Campaign by District Committee and Office for Cultural Civilization. It helps the poor families to resolve difficulties in their real lives during the festival by means of public welfare activities such as glorious course, making positive effort to the construction of harmony society.
The Federation of Industry and Commerce of Taijiang District persists in improving the mechanism of helping the poor and caring for the needy. They established assistance leading group with the leader of Chenghui who is the member of Standing Committee in the district Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department of Taijiang and consisted of principles of concerned departments, including United Front Work Department of Taijiang, Taijiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, 5 Merchants Associations and concerned departments directly subordinated to the District Committee, providing strong and solid organic foundation. Meanwhile, the District Committee distributes the initial written proposal of “Offering Help or Subsidies to the Needy, Showing Loving Hearts to the Poor” at appropriate time, inspiring the mass members to donate through a series of publication activities as well.
The district federation Of Industry and Commerce sticks to the method of “Five One-to-one”, namely, “ one official of district level to households in one area”, “one official of middle level to one household”, “one cadre to one group of people”, “one member to one people” and “one chamber of commerce to households in one place” in carrying out the activities. The federation encourages craft unions and private entrepreneurs make the donation worth of RMB 62,600 to the sub-districts, communities, orphanages and welfare centers for children and other social vulnerable groups, promoting the development of the public welfare and the glorious activities. The leaders of the district federation of Industry and Commerce launch the one-to-one assistance activity and go to Ninghua Residential Quarter in Ninghua Sub-district to express their sympathy and solicitude to two poor families of low-insurance as well as bring them an allowance Chairman of District Committee. Chen Jugen, president of Federation of Industry and Commerce of Taijiang District extent his greetings to 10 specially impoverished 10 families,52 people in total of low-insurance and also visited households receiving medical aids in Xingan and Yangzhong sub-districts to bring them an allowance and supplies for the holiday. Linying, member of Standing Committee under the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Taijiang District and Vice-Chairman of Footwear Association paid a visit to 50 poor impoverished families of Chaqing Street and brought them allowance, making contribution to the construction of harmony society.
The district Federation of Industry and Commerce insists on integrating Hope Project construction, one-to-one assistance to students, and Civilized Unit construction and association construction, furthermore, attaching great importance to it. In the duration of the New Year`s Day and the Spring Festival, according to assistance agreement, the members of district Federation of Industry and Commerce visited to help their one –to-one needy, bringing allowance to the poor orphans in Tianhua community in Houzhou sub-district which is the sponsoring target of civilized units. Linying, Vice-Chairman of Footwear Association brought new shoes to the disable children in Charity House of Fuzhou. Lin Benchen, vice-president of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Taijiang District brought allowance to the impoverished students who come from Yuzu village, Xiaocang, Lianjiang which is sponsored by the poverty reduction organization.
Private entrepreneurs devote their love heart, reward the society by their action, demonstrating the civilization. It also works very effectively in the One-To-One Assistance Campaign. The leader from the relative departments and the people from all walks of lives praise them highly.
