1. 当本设备采用反射炉时是以废旧紫铜为主要原料，采用连铸连轧的工艺方法，生产Φ8mm光亮铜杆的专用设备。
2. 当本设备采用竖炉时，是以电解铜为主要原料，采用连铸连轧的工艺方法，生产Φ8mm光亮铜杆的专用设备
二．简单工艺流程
1. 以废旧紫铜为主要原料时
a) 废旧紫铜→反射炉→（进行熔化，氧化还原的冶炼过程）→流槽→浇煲→五轮式浇铸机→夹持牵引装置→滚剪机→校直机（含二次冷却）→倒角装置→打毛喂料装置→二辊式连轧机，三辊式连轧机→铜杆高压还原冲洗装置→后牵引装置→成圈收线装置
2. 以电解铜为主要原料时
a) 电解铜→竖炉→（进行熔化冶炼过程）→流槽→浇煲→五轮式浇铸机→前牵引装置→滚剪机→校直机（含二次冷却）→倒角装置→喂料装置→二辊式连轧机，三辊式连轧机→铜杆还原冷却装置→后牵引装置→成圈收线装置

1 When copper scrap is used as raw material
a) copper scrap → reverberate furnace→(melting, oxidation reduction, smelting) → running channel → pouring → five-wheel caster → clamp draught → rolling cut → straightening ( secondary cooling included) → chamfering device → feeding device → twin rolling mill → trio mill → pressure reduction washing device for copper rod → back pouring device → coiling device
2 When copper cathode is used as raw material
b) copper cathode → shaft furnace (melting and smelting process) →running channel → pouring → five-wheel caster → front draught device → rolling cut → straightening ( secondary cooling included) → chamfering device → feeding device → twin roll mill → trio mill → pressure reduction cooling device for copper rod → back pouring device → coiling device
