Liability for breach of contract
10-1 If this house has blemish when itis delivered, Party A should restore in the ten days since the date of acceptance. If it is overdue to restore, Party A agrees to decrease rental and change relevant rental items.
10-2If Party A doesn’t tell Party B in this contract that this room has been mortgaged or restricted to property rights transfer and cause the loss of Party B, Party A should be responsible for indemnification.
10-3Inthe lease period, If Party A doesn’t implement to maintain and protecting according this contract in time, and cause the property loss or personal injury of Party B, Party A should be responsible for indemnification.
